I am saddened now. I think she would have liked seeing Amaura be safe at 20 points. My Amaura in X was named Little Foot after the Land Before Time. Also its HA is snow warning which is also just as good as refrigerate.

The great brachiosaurus. Surprised it took this long to make a pokemon based off one. It can learn Hyper Voice which goes through substitute, and with refrigerate giving it a STAB bonus that is pretty good.

Aurorus has the highest base HP stat of all Rock-type Pokémon.

While it may not have the defense stat to back up its health I'm actually glad it doesn't. Imagine that. A high defense and HP mon with 4 x2 weaknesses and 2 x4 weaknesses. Nobody would use it. But people would use a rock/ice Mon with 99 base sp. atk. Comes with great options too. Imagine Refrigerate facade, or refrigerate hyper beam.

If Tyrantrum is the king of the prehistoric world then Aurorus is the Queen. Almost looks like Aurorus has a tiara, as well as having ice like gemstones on its body.

Maybe just to deal with soundproof. But other than that there is no reason to. Also Aurorus can learn aurora veil through breeding. Combine that with snow warning and you are set.

A decent Ice dinosaur. Quite distinctive with its sail fin things too. Never used one. Looks very unimpressive between its typing and its stat spread, though. (Sidenote: No Power Gem? What good is the Rock typing even doing for it?) Likely needs Trick Room to shine. Matches Rampardos's Speed, by the way.

That is true. I do think it is a missed opportunity for newer evolutions. Actually I do not think Gen 5 had any. Sylveon is a good one because when Eevee evolves into a fairy mon it actually looks like how a fairy mon should.

Also Sylveon being mostly pink with ribbons and cute charm as an ability but has an 87.5 percent chance of being male... What did Game Freak mean by this?

It evolves from Eevee by knowing a Fairy type with a high enough Happiness.
They could've just made it a Shiny Stone evo imo.
