Unlike Abra and Cranidos, Glimmet seems good from the get go. Abra you have to raise up using TMs or the exp. share. Cranidos is pretty good but it lacks a good STAB move until it evolves or until it learns Head Smash at level 46.

Glimmora's signature move moral spin is just like rapid spin, however, it also poisons the enemy. I think it's a straight upgrade even if it doesn't increase speed like rapid spin's latest buff.

It's actually Mortal Spin. And while Glimmora's Attack is low, that doesn't make Mortal Spin a bad option.
