Well, your friend is one month behind schedule, Teresa. Volume 4 came out on 6 November, same day as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Obtain Volume 3. That is an order, Brigadier.

In regards to the DVDs, I bought the first one at FYE and the rest at Best Buy. US$45 for the Limited Editions at Best Buy as opposed to US$60 elsewhere for the win.
