I never seen the anime, but I like how Haruhi sounds basically like my own twin XD;; And I was told I sing her theme song (or whatever that song is from that) like the actual singer pretty much. We'd get along.

Your choice of words in that very paragraph proves that you have the potential to be a writer. Use your imagination and, trust me, you will make a very exciting story.
 
Did somebody mention 'sploding into rainbows? Have some poptart and cat to go with that rainbow 'splosion! So I post this here too.



Soon Ozzy will also become a victim. I have the power to turn people into amazing poptartcatsthatfirerainbowsfromtheirbutts. Best species evar.

Now if that isn't exciting I dunno what is. We should have a mission to see who can outlast the nyancat song the longest. That song makes your heart 'splode with exciting rainbowy joy. And if you can stay excited for so long, you deserve to be considered an exciting SOS member. XD

And I like your Nyan Cat idea, but I have to warn you, I had nyan cat on for at least 5 hours once. :D
 
Okay so you guys are all suggesting that Haruhi's excitement and spontaneity is best upheld with "doing random and exciting missions and other stuff"? Okay, sounds good to me! It's time for a group mission! :D We shall be remaking Haruhi's art project movie! :D (This will most likely take many months by the way so don't expect it to be done quickly xD) What we will do is each record different parts and then we'll add them together into making the actual film! :D The film can easily be found using YouTube so if you haven't seen it, go take a look. c:

Now, we're going to need some people to record, some people to edit and some people to do voice overs, so who wants to do what? The actors won't be the same in each scene obviously since everyone's recording separately but we can try and match clothes etc and hopefully it won't be too confusing! :D So to start with, who wants to do what? The options are acting, planning, narrating and editing! It's possible I missed something out though so yeah, if you think of anything then tell me xD Personally I'm up for planning, narrating and acting but I have no idea about video editing, so yeah, let's get this started! :D

Also I'm super sorry for a lack of updates and stuff recently, exams are just ughhh and it's so hard keeping up with stuff :( But there'll be tonnes of super exciting updates as soon as I've finished them! So two weeks :D

I really don't have the best microphone,and I'm not a big fan of my voice.
But I guess a small speaking role would be ok. I could try some my hands at editing but all I really have is Windows Movie Maker. I think I have Sony Vegas Pro, but it could of just been a trail.
 
I don't have a cam, but I have a very nice mic. I can definitely take a large speaking role~
 
Im not sure if I could do much acting.. I guess I could give it a go, I could probably do some voice acting though xD also guys this is the two day warning for the next 6 episodes of Haruhi on wednesday yays!

Ozzy how exactly do you plan on accomplishing this though? Like people make sets and such and then film it and we try to merge it together to make something impressive?

If you've seen the actual move they made then you'll see that it really doesn't have to be impressive. xD Their filming skills are not good, and that is being generous. x] But yeah people will film different scenes independently and we'll put them all together at the end and see what we come up with :D
 
So is this a remake of the original Haruhi movie or is this original but containing Brigade members?

We're remaking the movie they made for the cultural arts day but our brigade members will be starring instead :D

I do have a professional quality microphone, but I dunno how I'd feel about acting in something like that. I really can't do voices other than my own anyway.

Oh, is it just a stream of the show? Which episodes are you streaming? I haven't watched it in a few years, so I want to start from the beginning. lol
 
Yeah we are streaming it episodes 7-11 is this week tonight so if you want to catch up on the first 6 episodes beforehand thatd be awesome especially if it means you'd want to join the stream! It is great fun and we had about 10 people come last time and it was awesome to talk to them all while watching the show.

But I don't think its going to be a casting thing, more a if you can do a part do it thing. xD

I forgot how to count sorry Ozzy :( But yes only 5 episodes this week because thats how big the arc is! And the time is also 8 PM AEST (GMT +10) If that helps anyone with figuring out what the time is.
