Defeated Elite Four and Gary, did the Sevii Island quest, caught the Birds and Mewtwo, and saw Suicune :D Then I took on E4 and Gary again.

  Edward almost swept but was stalled by Lapras. Lola finished the fight.

  Edward took down Gyarados, then Lola took down both Dragonair and Aerodactyl. Blast took down Dragonite with Blizzard and a couple Strengths. Also Blast's first screenshot as a Blastoise.
  
  
  
  
  Dean took care of Pidgeot and Alakazam, Lola took down Rhydon, Blast killed Arcanine and Gyarados, and Harold finished off Venusaur for the championship!

Shinx ain't weak to rock.

Purple, use a bunch of vitamins on it and go to the haircut brothers in Goldenrod too to get Eevee's happiness up.

So... here's what I plan on doing. I catch a Pidgey and evolve it once. Then don't catch any other Pokemon, besides the rest of the team? What do I do for Espeon? Do I catch and Eevee and make it evolve, or am I allowed to hack in the Espeon?

You can catch other Pokemon as HM slaves and such, but you can't actually battle with them. For Espeon, simply get an Eevee and let it evolve into an Espeon. c:

Time for my first update:
got Cyndaquil from the prof., Got the Dex, and after finally getting Pokebally, caught a Rattatta. This means bye bye for Cyndaquil, so i grinded my Rattatta to lvl. 12. Caught Bellsprout and traded it for an Onix. Caught a Growlithe, and dealt with Falkner. Went over to the union cave, then through the Slowpoke event, and now about to battle Bugsy.
