Then perhaps this should be the last 'talking thread' and a thread for action and organization should be created? n_n;

Anyway you wouldn't really be reviving this place. It was never really active to begin with, at least not since I became a supporter.
 
It's a section, what kind of organization do we need for it? o_O just make threads.

Well I don't know/care. Nica and jachob (cbf to check the username, sorry!) are obsessed with doing something so bluh
 
We should have Nica lead the effort, create "appropriate threads", and I'll GT the hang of it, and I'll start posting more.

After all, this is how I started to post in OVP. I wasn't sure at first of what to post, but looking at the other threads made, I figured out that it was for "Q&A" threads. I started posting threads like crazy, and that's where I'm headed now.

We're (or at least me) waiting for some guidance to topics.

This place really doesn't have rules besides the obvious ones, and since it's not got a designated pool of topics you can discuss, you can pretty much post anything..
 
Yes, but there's a weird boundary between "VIP talk" and "stealing activity from other forums". If someone can explain this to us through new threads, then we'll start postin like crazy :3
 
I remember Igiko tried to make this section into basically a chit-chat section and it kinda got shut down. :/ So there's that.
 
we could have little contests here and there. Nothing big like a ART CONTEST (if you want to you can) but just little Caption Contest things here and there that are a little more frequent than say, every month. And since people have paid, I would think that 99% of the people who make contests are a little more dedicated to updating than the ones in Art Gallery and such.

Like, a few members volunteer to make sigs and avatars, and we can request them, just like you'd request a graphic in G&P or some kind of Pokemon trade shop, then they'd make them for you and give you the code. Good idea or no?

Great ideas! I especially like the VIP Theme Collabs and Signature Collabs ;o
I mean, it would be awesome if we were to start threads in the Style Studio for theme collabs and work together on buttons, header... etc. Then someone can handle all the insertion/CSS editing. There are a lot of other ideas too. What if this forum was used to organize events, like I know this is kinda demanding, but this is an exclusive forum, and it would be great if we could coordinate events along side the staff. (Like the Get Togethers and what not).

Also, considering the forum description says:
This is a general chat forum with the exception that only a select group can see it! Additionally, your valued input may be required on PokéCommunity-related issues so check in often!

Seeing as how that is a purpose of this forum, if we put this into action and helped the staff discuss ideas and whatnot, it would give the VIP Forum purpose and eventually lead to activity.

This place was created for a purpose, and if we could put that purpose(i.e. discussion of forum matters alongside staff) and others such as VIP Themes and coordinating events into action, then at the very least we'd have a reason to be here which would also generate activity.

All this would eventually promote the multi-uses of this forum and we could get back to discussing totally unrelated crap :3
 
I have to admit me recently getting supporter pushed this section's activity up a bit.

I like all these suggestions you guys have thought of, we should have theme collabs like the staff did when B2/W2 came out in Japan.

An Art Contest would be a good idea too, and like Harlequin said, there is hope for our special den that is the VIP Forum.
 
Gracious, Hikari, it's been many supporters, yourself included, who has helped activity in this section.

Though I do admit that you have done more than your fair share here, but yes, contests and stuff would be cool, as would using this for the purpose it was created for, I'd be happy to help how I can!
