I haven't seen the bug, but I generally dislike them all anyway...
About Entei...I reckon he'll be awesome! Especially as the event has an Adamant nature. It can now totally rock in UU! Arcanine does have the advantage of 2 brilliant attacking stats, but Entei has Stone Edge AND good Hp.
