    YouTube. If I'm upset for some reason, I like checking my subscriptions and seeing if my favorite channels uploaded anything.

    I'm sorry to hear of your dog, they are like family and losing one isn't easy. On a separate note I think you make great topics.
     
    Video games can usually distract me for a while if the thing isn't too overwhelming, but don't neccessarily make me feel better, friends are always a good help too. I'd probably say going for a walk always helps me, I love watching the sunset in the countryside near my house, so that always sends off endrorphins and makes me feel better haha!

    Uh, nothing really. The feeling just has to pass.
    I don't have much in life and I have full blown panic attacks.
     
    Sometimes I'll have a good hard cry session.
    Other times I'll call my girlfriend.
    Other other times I'd just turn everything off and breathe.

    Rotational basis depending on what's stressing me out and to what degree I care about it.
