Ice caves. I think I like Ice-types more than Fire-types.

New Voltorb form OR new Electrike form?

New Voltorb form. Manectric already has a Mega, so it would be more interesting to see Voltorb/Electrode get something new.

Mega Evolution or Z-Moves?

Mega Evos for me please. never cared for Z-moves all that much.

would you rather all Pokemon get megas, or all Pokemon get custom GMax forms?

I'd rather they all had Megas. GMax Forms are basically just a combination of Megas and Z-Moves, and Megas are powerful enough on their own without Z-Moves.

Viridian Forest or Santalune Forest?

Neither? I found most surf routes boringly bland and cave route annoying and repetitive.
