Grass/Poison, if only for variety. Sceptile was Grass/Dragon and that made zero sense.

Steel types, but most of the best Pokemon are both, so I couldn't really lose with this one. xD

Charm! (idk what either are though 8D)

Solar Beam or Solar Blade?
 
(Pokemon Mystery Dungeon NPC teams =P) Solar Beam, because it's the original DBZ-style charge-up laser...didn't even know there was a physical equivalent, actually!

Hyper Beam or Giga Impact?
