Next time it might be better to create a new thread, okay? :D It would feel more like a fresh start, if you get what I'm saying! (Copy/pasting your old OP is fine too. xD) But I'll let this one slide since there weren't too many posts to begin with!

Anyway...

Before: Cerebral, huh? That has something to do with the brain, right? (Learned that in psychology, hehe.) Umm... dang, I can't think of any Pokémon that look like a brain. xP Maybe Malamar?
After: Oh, it was Elgyem! xD

How about the Scorching Pokémon?

Before: So many Pokemon come to mind! Hmm, Slugma? :D
After: Okay I wouldn't have guessed it was Talonflame!

Before: I KNOW IT'S ACTUALLY NOT BULBASAUR! Maybe Oddish? ;D
