It seems as Elektra will take some time to post the results of our actions, so I'll post an obvious read in the meantime.

Arctic sun immediately jumped in and helped Merlin out of his sticky situation. I understand this could be simply goodwill, but still it is a bit suspicious.
What does this action essentially mean? It means that Arctic sun wasted her action so Merlin could use his own.
This could imply that Merlin (if he is mafia) has an important role and benefits from finding treasure.
Third party roles can't be related to this, since Kirby is on his own and Marx didn't have a chance to recruit yet.
