I wouldn't say I have a phobia of patterns but Controversial's avatar for example hurts my eyes when I look at it for more than a few seconds. Not because it's ugly or anything like that, just because of the patterns in it.

Are you talking about Epilepsy? It is a condition that induces seizures from seeing strange patterns......

If you play a game called Patapon 3, you might trigger this condition if you have it. It's a very painful condition. I hope you die :)
