6th Gen Two New Evolutions: Slurpuff and Aromatisse

Hmm, I really appreciate Slurpuff's appearance; it looks so cute and derpy to me, haha!

But I do like Aromatisse's look even if it was contrary to the expectations I had of what it was going to be. Seeing as I'm getting Y, I definitely won't mind using Aromatisse on my team!

Anyway, yay for more evolutions!

Slurpuff has redeemed Swirlix for me. I was getting X anyway but Swirlix was the only one I didn't like more than it's Y exclusive counterpart. It's probably a combination of the potential Spritzee had and Aromatisse's design but I'm not feeling the Spritzee family anymore. Maybe it'll grow on me when I see it in motion.

As if my purchase of Pokemon X needed to become even more obvious and absolute.

I do love both designs, but Slurpuff still retains Swirlix's cuteness so expect X as my main version!

I will get both versions, but Aromatisse isn't too bad either. I love how it became this owl thingy. Bit funny that Para joked it reminded him of the children's TV show Boohbah which my mother absolutely hated due to their infamous farting noises. Anyways, I'm on Team Swirlix baby!

I'm curious about Aromatisse's legs and feet. With the Pokémon facing forward, why is one directly behind the other? Unless it is like an owl (as mentioned) where it's turned one way, but has the head facing us. Or maybe my eyes deceive me.

I am glad to see the official site update:

[PokeCommunity.com] Two New Evolutions: Slurpuff and Aromatisse

Now in action, I am officially team Spritzee. It's too damn cute for words. Hell, you might say I have bad taste, but excessively fluffy and furry is a-okay in my book. Words can't describe how glad I received the Poodle pokemon from Furfrou in light of Swirlix's evo. Now I have no complaints. I have my poodle, and a cute furby owl! Best week ever. Ordering Y this weekend!

OMG!! She looks even cuter and better in game!! As of now Aromatisse is my favorite new pokemon hands down.

If that's true then yooooooooo. That's would be the coolest game animation ever.
I'm still wondering about Aromatisse's stats. I think it may be special based and Slurpuff might be.....defensive? I don't know heh.

After seeing them both in the flesh in-game, still don't particularly like them but will say the Spritzee evo is a lot better than the hideous Swirlix. Seriously, that thing has to be the worst generation 6 pokémon so far.

I think they are sort of related in that they both a play on senses, Swilix taste, Spritzee smell.
Also, of course they are both pinkish/purple cute little fairies. Moreover, the relation to sensory abilities seems like the more definitive thread between them.

EDIT: Z verion we need to have a sight, feel, and hearing set of fairies!
the description for slurpuff is more about smell than taste, yes it is based on a dessert however the description mainly speaks of its amazing sense of smell

I think they're both incredibly cute! I think I might just be easy to please when it comes to Pokemon, but there's really not too many that I dislike overall, and Gen VI is no exception so far.

They both seem cute, but the idea of a cupcake Pokemon is too much! I'm still happy so far that I'm getting X.

Their evolutions don't look too different, which is a bit of a disappointment for me since I like when evolutions are weirdly different (like Exeggcute and Exeggutor), but I think I like 'em still. They're... kinda weird and silly, which is good to have mixed in with all the mean, serious dragons and so on.

The English names are cute, especially Slurpuff. I'm surprised Slurpuff is a meringue , it's odd how it went from cotton candy to a meringue. I wonder if it gets a final evolution what will it be , another random dessert? Looking at it's official art and game models, I'm liking it more now. It looks like a natural transition to me and I don't mind evolutions that look like it's pre-evo. Aromatisse is an interesting name too and I'm liking it's design more with the official art being clear and the game models too.

They both look quite awful to me tbh.
The Swirlix evo is not that different & they could have worked more on it, though I like that it somehow reminds me of Japan, Pokémon like it & Meowth give that feeling to me...
As for the Spritzee evo I don't know about that "plague doctor" thing you guys are talking about but I was rooting for a Flamingo, yet I get a fat bird-like creature with a dress made of fur & lashes thick as hell. I'll grow to tolerate both eventually but yeah I'm disappointed.

Shh! It's a meringue -- it's edible! :pink_love::pink_love::pink_love:
So don't hate it! ^^

I really like Swirlix' evo, mabye I'm to harsh but spritzee's evo is ugly in my opinion, really disappointed gamefreak didn't made his evo a doctor like the people suggested.

I like them both, honestly. They don't look so bad. To me, Peroriimu seems like a shorter, more bulkier version of Smeargle, for some reason. Maybe it's because of the way that it's biting its tongue? I love the way that Furefuran's eyes are designed. They're extremely pretty! If Furefuran ever gets an evolution, then I'd like them to keep its eyes as they currently are. If they're altered in any kind of shape or form—I might not be such a big fan of this Pokémon anymore. xD

I'll actually like it more if it has those doggy ears like Smeargle, rather than a grandma wig-looking like ears or fur(?).

I'm afraid they both have just one evolution so yeah I'm a bit worried their appearance could mean bad stats or something. Please give them stats they can actually hold themselves in battle with!
