Unattractive "Shiny" Colorings

Shiny Espeon is the first who come in my mind.

Before the mega evolution, Shiny Gengar was in this list, but now.. HAVE YOU SEEN MEGA GENGAR SHINY!?

::So there is my list::

Any pokemon that don't have major changes like Venusaur (and evolution line)
Any greenish-yellow-ishshiny like Nidoqueen

Blastoise (and evolution line)
Houndoom and Houndour
Swellow
Helioptile (something is just wrong)

Well, I can't say that the Pokémon who look the same as their regular color palette are unattractive because it's not like they're bad - just so dumb and pointless. :(

As far as actually unattractive, all of the lime green ones are just kinda... eh, unappealing. There are others where I prefer the regular as opposed to the shiny variation too because the regular just looks better imo.

I really dislike most green and purple shinies.. they pick such gross shades for them. Going to exclude shinies that look nearly identical to their original counterparts since it's pretty obvious most people will dislike those, aha. Here are some that stand out to me as being notoriously bad:

Shiny Moltres really looks like it had its skin burned or its feathers torn off in general; definitely my least favorite shiny legendary overall and likely at the bottom of my list when it comes to disliked shinies.

Shiny colorations on Hitmonchan hardly fit. Looks like an alien so please go back to your planet as you clearly don't belong here.

Never going to understand why they didn't keep it pink like Minccino's shiny.. but instead it's one of the grossest mustard yellows around. Non-shiny all the way.

I can definitely find dozens more but that'll take a lot of time which I.. don't have right now. Also shiny Fortress looks like some kind of cookie I can bite into. ew.

Clearly Game Freak i taking notes from Team Fortress 2 and think Lime Green and Pink are good ideas for colors

This pretty much sums up this entire thread. If I had to pick one I didn't like above all others? Nidoqueen. Nidoking gets Nidoqueen's kcolors but not the other way around. Why? It's worse when you realise Nidoqueen can't have babies.
