Underground Subterfuge

I'm referencing flavor text connecting the skin name to the role, like for me - while I can't directly quote, I assume? - it references Alex Kaz's silliness and lunacy.

Do you really have none?

Also, @Superjolt: because I didn't want her to react with angry bile and get all defensive by my initial prodding. I wanted to see if a non-voting post of incredulity would make her flip out.
Hhnnnngggh this feels so weak

I've played in the UG before, mate. I don't need it explained to me every single time.
That's not exactly what I meant, but I missed the post where you gave your full role title so nvm
Oh, you're right about that.

I was thinking that Nightkrow was a Fool role, just look at how she reacted against Superjolt's persistence, she outright voted him back. Kiyo could be a Fool too, though. Considering how he picked on me with little to no reasoning, but I'd rather not kill Selena.
I was kind of thinking the same about Nightkrow. Have you considered a scenario where Kiyo is SK who got caught? It is possible he is Fool, but based on his play he just seems more concerned about defending himself, which I'm not sure a Fool would do since they wouldn't care about getting lynched. I don't think lynching a Fool at this point would be a big deal, town is in a decent position anyway

What do you think about Pecilia btw?
I'd follow SJ's vote for using that
Abby, any thoughts right now?
Kiyo I don't really trust you right now. Is there any reason I should trust you over Selena besides the fact that we pretty much had to pull teeth to get a full claim from her?

... you do know what the fool role's entire point is, right.
Um, yes? I know what their wincon is, but does it really matter that much besides the solo win? Sure they get the solo win, but then they're out of the way and there's one less distraction for town (and as far as I'm aware there's no major impact on the game besides sharing a win with the winning faction?) I think Naku said something similar once, can't remember which game that was though

What happened to "nope not third party definitely a town pr role"

I feel like I should mention that I don't believe lynching the third party to be a good idea. I don't know if we can afford to waste a day phase like that.

I'd look this up myself but I've lost a lot of sleep so can someone tell me who started the Nightkrow wagon? I'm hoping to figure out if it's someone I trust enough to jump on.

(was it Superjolt?)

^ ok so in that case I think it's safe to [lynch] nightkrow. sorry haven't been involved in the discussion, haven't been online lately tbh ;;
I'm guessing you think Kiyo is Fool and Nightkrow is not, then?

Actually I just realized it's probably in mafia's best interest to kill Kiyo at night. They wouldn't want to risk keeping possible SK alive since the SK could still kill them

EDIT:

It was me :)

Sorry for not having been present this day phase. I've had appointments, little sleep and tbh not much interest in the game itself atm. x_x

To summarize my thoguhts after reading the thread, though:
1. I was initially suspect of Selena's hesitance in explaining her role, but she did eventually come around. And if she is telling the truth, we can be confident she is our real cop and this paints kiyo as 3rd party.
2. I remember reading the SJ/NK thing at the start of the day and even though I wasn't super suspect of her before the engagement, her sudden OMGUS on SJ without ever saying much this entire game is a serious red flag for me. But a mafia wouldn't outright act that way... right? I mean, way too obvious. Hence why I'm leaning towards her being a fool role. Although GP just came out and now I'm not so sure. Nevertheless, I'll reserve judgement for now on NK and maybe Selena (assuming she lives and is real cop) can check NK out? Just a rough idea though. /shrug
3. Kiyo kiyo kiyo. As soon as you claimed being Alex Kaz I had myself a laugh. Either you were mafia or miller. I was really leaning towards miller because most of the time I've played with Alex it feels like he's inno but everyone always scumread him. xD Nevertheless, considering the situation, I have to agree with Superjolt's assessment of what's going on and that Selena did find you out and you're just defending yourself. Even though I would not have necessarily guessed that the Alex Kaz role was 3rd party instead of maf/miller - it could just be up to GP's personal interpretation anywho.

As such, I'll [Lynch] Who's Kiyo?. Mind you, since the day phase is being extended another day (about 22 hours now?) I'll do my best to keep up on this thread so if anything changes and someone else comes up as more suspicious than how I view Kiyo atm, I'll react accordingly.

edit: So I just read Selena's last post and it made me curious... in what way do you think voting out a 3rd party (potentially SK) is wasting a day phase when we've already cleared out half the mafia? Unless you do believe the SK would be willing to openly work with us and take out the mafia. But if they misfire (or turn out untrustworthy), we run the chance of losing 2 innos in a night phase, as opposed to only one. :/

Well, I did think he could be persuaded to work with the town as a makeshift vig assuming he is a serial killer (outing him would have been a bad move on my part in that case)
My hesitance is mostly due to the possibility that he might be a survivor (which I always root for) or some other benign role that could potentially win alongside the town.
There's also the fact that playing on some other sites has made me used to the mafia being around 1/3 of the players, meaning 6 mafia in this 19 player game. Since we've caught two that would leave us relatively close to lylo, but if you say we've caught half the mafia then they might be fewer.

Hmm as far as I know we usually have a 1:4 or 1:5 ratio iirc, I think I remember hearing Naku sayignghe tries to stay around those ratios when he hosts. So I was working with the assumption we had 4-5 mafia, tops. But probably not 5, since there's likely also 3rd parties roles (and guaranteed if what you say about Kiyo is true). I hope that explains why I've been assuming the mafia started with about 4 members?

edit: So I hadn't actually counted the total of remaining players, right now we're at 12 total players. If my mathssumptions are correct, then that would mean 2 (maybe 3) mafia left out of 12 players and who-knows how many 3rd party players. I feel like it's safe to say we're not close to lylo. At the very least, I really hope such is the case :|

After reading the posts since my last, I think the only good option is to [Lynch] Who's Kiyo?.

I'm not convinced that Kiyo is what they claim to be

I don't think there would be 1/3 mafia here, that's pretty unbalanced for a 19 player game imo, I would say there's 4 mafia (outside chance of 5)

How would you feel about a Pecilia lynch?
