    I wanna ask you guys, what are you better at? Teambuilding, or actual gameplay?

    As for me, personally I think I battle decently, not amazing, but very well. However, my problem is teambuilding. I have a ton of bad matchups just because I'm an idiot and can't think up teams and in DA's terms I need to quit Pokemon rofl.

    Here's the battle I just had against Chase. I won it, but I got reminded once again how much I suck at teambuilding, I thinked up this team in 2 minutes or something before battling him. Notice how I needed good predictions and a Scald burn to get the momentum.

    I'm probably better at the gameplay as opposed to the team building. It would take me so long to learn the metagame and find the best cores and partnerships to use.

    I'm not sure really. I'm kiiiiiiinda leaning towards in-battle execution but really I don't think I'm very good at either one.

    How long do you normally take when building a team though? You said you made that team like 2 minutes before, and yeah, almost no one makes a good team in a few minutes. But if you spent more time on it, how much better do you think it would've been?

    I'm pretty terrible at executing strategies in battle, that much I'm aware. In terms of Teambuilding I usually throw a team together, utilizing cores that have decent synergy, but mostly end up with the problem that I can't really use them right in battle. On the other hand I can spend like weeks working on one team only to end up with the feeling that I'll never be able to finish it, because I tend to overthink things quite a bit. {XD}

    I think I'm a reasonable teambuilder. I can slap fairly decent teams together in 5-10 minutes for tiers like RU because I've been playing it for long enough that I can quickly ascertain 'what goes with what' and what I'm weak to. I usually either go for broke or ask friends for help with other tiers.

    I am probably slightly worse at battling because I tend to make stupid plays at the worst possible times when under pressure. However, I am good at predicting what the opponent will do and acting accordingly. It's all relative to my experience at different metagames, though; I am much better at RU than, say, Ubers because I have been playing it for a lot longer.

    I'm also a hax magnet. Take that as you will.
