    R.I.P.

I hope Green can continue on and... wow... I really feel sorry for the twins too... :'(

    You forgot about Mewtwo

That's really sad, this has always been one of the fears I've had about the mother of my hypothetical children. Hope he manages to get over this okay.

Yeah, and Dan Green has one of the most memorable voices in the Pokemon anime, I remember hearing his voice for the first time as Yugi in Yu-Gi-Oh!

I payed my respects and I hope that Dan can eventually overcome this loss.

This is the biggest Pokemon anime dub VA tragedy since Maddie Blaustein.

Aww, no. That is really sad :( It's going to be tough for Dan Green to be a single parent...

I know, child birth seems really scary.

I was very shocked when I heard about this, I feel so sorry for him, I've grown up watching the characters he has voiced, so in a way I'm sure a lot of people must feel for him. His children look beautiful though. You guys should visithttps://sites.google.com/site/thedangreenguestbook/ the questbook if you'd like to write out any condolences.

Ah, but I'm sure he has enough money for strangers to look after his children.

    My god, I just read this on DeviantArt, and I can't even imagine.. I feel so bad for him. They were both fairly young, and this probably wasn't expected. Man.. ><; how sad, he has my well wishes. I kept trying to donate to him, but the page kept messing up. ; ;

I just read about this terribly tragic news on Bulbanews some minutes ago. :( It is so saddening that a birth which should be accompanied with joy and happiness had to take a horrible turn of events like this, especially during these wintry holidays that tend to be uplifting.

Thank goodness that the kids have managed to enter the world and survive through this harrowing ordeal, though. My sincere condolences to Dan Green and his newborn, and may his wife Michal Friedman rest in perfect peace. I have faith that Friedman will be with her new children in spirit, and I can only hope that God will guide and grant Green and his children the abilities and resources necessary to withstand and persevere through these depressing and trying times.

Gosh, what an awful ordeal. I honestly hope Dan and his new twins will be okay, losing a wife and a mother so quickly.
This news article, really makes you think of a VA as not just a voice, but a real human being with real emotions and tradgies in their lives...

That...oh my God, that's so sad. I can't even imagine how that feels. That's...such a heart breaker. It really is. I don't know what I'd do if something like that happened to me. May she rest in peace, and my prayers go out to him and his family. Those poor babies...never getting to know their mom. I just...I can't imagine... :( What's more sad is that he played Entei, and my mom actually went to that movie with me and Entei is her favorite Pokemon. This story just yanks my heart strings.

A bit late here, but I really do feel sorry for Green's loss. I give my condolences to his family. RIP Green's wife.

Oh my. I tend to not pay attention to voice actors much, and this is actually the first time I'd ever heard this man's name, to be honest. I'm slightly surprised to see all the characters he played, such as Yugi for one, and it only makes it even more sad seeing as I watched, or have at least seen, all of those shows listed.

When I saw the "Voice Actor Dan Green's wife..." title on the main forums, I kind of expected the next word to be something along the lines of "dies" but . . . during childbirth, to twins no less? It would have been sad regardless, but that makes it so much worse . . . I wish them luck and hope everything goes well, or, at least, goes the best that it could in a situation such as this.

This is a sad event. He is an A-list when it comes to Voice Acting and losing a wife in that way is especially sad and tragic cause now the twins will never know her except through stories and pictures. It's going to be a real tough life for them growing up. My heart goes out to Dan and his family. I will keep them in my prayers.

((He also did Mephiles the Dark from Sonic '06.))
I am not much of a Dan Green fan, and I just now found out about this, but he now has my condolences.

My condolences go out to his family. I couldn't imagine growing up with out one of my parents. I hope for his kids sake they have a mom figure throughout their childhood.
