    Have you ever made any embarassing typos? Ones that are just silly and wrong? I almost did today. 8S
     
    too many times. way too many.
     
    I make some pretty epic ones in my posts...usually spawning from typing too fast and pressing the spacebar too soo nor too late (like I did in this last sentence between "soon" and "or". XD

    I usually correct them if I catch them before I post, but if I come back around and see something weird in my post, I don't usually bother to fix it unless it makes post unreadable or completely alters the meaning of the post. :P
     
    I don't usually make spelling/grammatical errors because I'm that kind of a person - a Grammar Nazi, if you will. If I type something and it comes out wrong, somehow I can sense it and backspace to fix it. I have no idea why but it's something I do a lot. It bugs me when it's on paper, too, like if someone uses 'to', 'too', and 'two' wrong or if someone spells something terribly wrong even when it's obvious.

    But I did once typo my name as 'Savabbag' :pink_giggle: It's Savannah.
     
    The question is, who hasn't? :p I just don't have examples, at the moment. All of my chat logs are... actually, I have no clue. I don't even know if I backed them up. Crap.
     
    I've made quite a few typos before, but none of them have resulted in something embarrassing or "wrong". XD; I suppose it's just a matter of time, though~ ;D

    I never had that problem, as I make sure to proofread my work to correct typos and make my post better overall. I guess I have to carry the burden of the literate.
     
    i was like you, luck before , but then my spacebar went weird so now some of my words get it stuck to gether andit's too much work to go back andfix it. speling is good, ijust can't type tosave my life obviously.
    i think i made a sorta a dire mistake, ithink iwas typing th e word good, but forgot the o so the message read, i'm trying to be a god child today.
     
    I do it all the time. Many are aware of it.
     
    I make typos all of the time. Some of them are really bad and I just laugh them off with whoever it is I'm talking to, but most of the time, people know what I mean and I don't usually have to correct myself and life goes on. :P
     
    Not really embarrassing but a typical case of owning myself was when my friend was having a typo fest and I made fun of him for it by typing something along the lines of:

    "You really fail at spellign. -.-"

    I'm not sure which word it was but for the sake of this example it is 'spelling'. <.< Then to top it off whatever word it was I kept making typos trying to correct myself. ;-; So I ended up with around 4 *'s in corrections. >_<

    Also just because I can't resist, one of my friends doesn't even attempt to spell correctly and he paid big time when he said "Baby they moved" instead of 'Maby' when talking to me. XDDDD
     
    On PC I usually correct mine before anyone reads them. On MSN I do it all the time.

    Same goes for me, for the part I quoted that is...
    I almost never make typos in forums, where I can actually take my time to post something.
    However, when talking to someone in live, I may make typos sometimes. But most of the times, I catch them instantly too, though it is still too late by then...

    As this type of person, even other people's mistakes usually catch my eye, let alone mine.
     
    Oh don't even mention typos...when it comes to me, I can make some of the most horrid and laughter inducing typos even without actually noticing and that can get pretty embarrassing. XD;
     
    I've made a few interesting ones...

    I meant to type 'one sec' to someone, but ended up pressing the 'x' key rather than the 'c'. >_>;

    My friend's done the 'thong' instead of 'thing' typo before. XD
     
    Yeah, usually when I'm rushing to type, I'll try to say, "be back in a sec" and accidentally say, "be back in a sex". But if I rampage and type a ton, I usually don't make as many mistakes.

    I made three mistakes typing this up, lolol.
