Was English your first language?

Well, I suppose if I was old enough at the time, I could've picked between either english or spanish, but seeing as how the majority of people living here speak english, I probably would've chosen that anyway hehe...

Yes, english was the first language I learned. I'm trying to learn spanish too, (and I know a few words from other languages, like German and Japanese) but I guess I'm not too good with languages.
 
Nope, it was Spanish. -_^ But I started learning it at third grade. O_o;

*nod nod* I do feel proud when I watch this one FF flash video, it?s in Japanese but I know like maybe a while 10% of the words they use! It makes me feel good to watch it. =o Granted it?s junk like ?hurry? ?pocket? ?stupid? ?go? ?what? but still! o.o
 
Spanish was my first...thne fijian..a little bit though...then japanese and then maderen chinese then english which i'm currently learning right now.

Yes indeed a lot of people know spanish in Edmonton too...

I'm just a typical chinese guy who knows cantonese first then English, and I can't do that well in both x_x;
 
I?m still unmotivated to learn it, like I told my parents but no? ?It?ll be useful? Meh. >_>
 
o.o; I only don't want to take Spanish because I would have to take it at my normal school, meaning I'd have my current French teacher as my teacher since she's the one who teaches the language. X_x; That would be bad, though. She picks favourites and although she loves me, it's still scary. ;_;'' She obsesses over me. (Not to the point of Kairi-obsession, but pretty darn close. oO)

I don't think I could stand that in a completely foreign language. x_x;
 
I had no desire to learn spanish, actually...I was signed up for French but they discontinued the program and forced all the people who signed up for that to take spanish instead -_-;; (Well not actually forced, but to be eligible for the CP program you have to take a foreign language and now we only had one option...) It's actually sort of useful, but not that much...I've never had to use the language and I probably never will, despite the warnings that 99% of Americans won't speak english in 20 years or something =/ (and yes, I exaggerated)

No. Japanese was my first language and unfortunatly I forgot a lot of it. My second was English and that sucks too. Any of you understand my English?
