99. Gen III? I'd have to say... Blaziken or Gardevoir. I had my first exposure to certain Gen II Pokemon in my first Gen III playthrough, though (Azumarril and Xatu come to mind).

It's Ghosts, because that's how the game works? Though I guess you can be a ghost of a Pokemon that died, if you really wanted to.

Come to think of it, I'm a bit fond of Sableye myself. I didn't use one much in the games, and they were a pain to catch, but they're cool-looking and I love that they don't have a weakness. ^^

I dislike Sableye. I don't like where some of the gems are on him, and just in general is just creepy me out. Between him and Mawile, I love Mawile so much more.
