I remember how they introduced the Hard Mode in B2W2. Didn't really feel like the game became any harder for me...

I have Challenge Mode unlocked in my White 2 file and I defeated the Elite Four and Iris today.

My Team was Reuniclus (Shiny), Female Jellicent, Mandibuzz, No Guard Machamp, Own Tempo Lilligant and Garchomp. :)

Iris' team felt a bit underwhelming in truth. It's the same as her regular team but Salamence replaces Drudriggon and there are some items on her Pokémon.

Anyway, I did like Iris in the game. She was definitely unique, but like Hikari said, her teasing of Ash in Best Wishes is just incessant, when she is a kid herself. What's wrong with being a kid anyway?

I haven't watched a lot of Best Wishes at all, but she's certainly been grating on my nerves so far. :< And Cilan... well, he's just too nice and it kinda comes off as a facade.

I've never watched the gen5 cartoon, probably never will.

I've never tried BW2's challenge mode. But I'm not interested in it anyway since 1. Black 2 is annoying enough for me without it and 2. If I wanted to play a challenge mode, I'd do a nuzrun with tough rules. And that can be done with any game XP.

And I don't like how the gen5 cartoon broke the trend of featuring the female protag as Ash's partner.

You found Black 2 annoying? In what way? :o

I know Nuzlockes and such are there for a challenge, but that's different from what I'm thinking. For example, in the Pokemon World Tournament, the gym leaders you fight there have full teams of Pokemon in their level 50's or higher.

Now, I know that'd be going too far at the start of the games haha, but if trainers and gym leaders had full teams with higher levels, it'd be more challenging! Granted, you might have to grind a bit... and it's a very sketchy idea, but that's the gist of it.

It'd be optional of course, like Master Quest or the harder modes for FE: Awakening. :)

Well I found BW2 to be surprisingly harder than I thought, mostly when I was nuzzing it. Yeah, you can call me weird or insne, but it's just my experience with it. Thankfully I did actually complete a BW2 nuzrun thanks to having a solid and well levelled team. My other 2 tries failed due to simple hax/crits/whatnot.

It's just my experience. Just because I think it's annoying doesn't mean it's actually hard :/ it's only really my opinion.

I've never done a Nuzlocke, even though I'm always planning to. I guess I just move on from the main games too easily, with the exception of Pearl. :p

Im Nuzlocking White and planning on Nuzlocking Blue when I get it and making a comic with me and my friend, and possibly Nuzlocking SoulSilver when I finish this run of it. It feels so good to trade my mons up and Nuzlocke an actual game instead of an emu! QwQ

And dont get em wrong I hate it too!! QwQ I put them in the pc and I plan to put trade them up when I finish! QwQ
