I restarted my file on X sorta recently, with my planned team being Octillery, Dragalge, Reuniclus, Glaceon, Archeops and Breloom! I even borrowed my sister's Omega Ruby to hunt for a shiny Shroomish, which I got on my 115th chain! I haven't continued playing it though, haha - too distracted with PSMD. :D

And I was actually hoping for a region based on Africa or Australia, where the flora and fauna is so diverse! Please give us a wombat, another big cat and a parrot Pokemon! :D

Congrats on your new shiny Shroomish!

I think either Australia or Africa would be AWESOME! I know people are leaning more towards Hawai'i with Sun & Moon, but I feel like they're pretty limited there with the flora and fauna.

I don't see the location as anything that limits the local fauna. I'm pretty sure lions aren't native to France, yet there are Pyroar in Kalos.

It doesn't matter me a lot what they base the region on, but it would be fun to see them base one on the Netherlands, my home country. It's not likely going to happen though...

Yes, I suppose that is true... {:3}

No matter where it's based off of, I'm sure it will be great!

Back to PSMD for a second. That game is amazing! Best storyline so far and the features are fantastic! Favorite Pokemon game of all time honestly.

I heard many positive things about SMD, but its story is said to be worse than the prequels. How would you compare them?

Oooh cool, whats your teams, if you would like to share? 'w'
I'm just gonna assume your talking to everybody about this... My current team of Pokemon is Lucario, Sylveon, Charizard, Aegislash, and Sceptile!

How are you liking PSMD, by the way? :)
I really enjoy it. I think I'm about half-way, and the main plot hasn't really unfolded yet, but still really good. ;)

I can see where people are coming from on that. The previous storylines were a bit simpler and easier to understand even when it intensified. In PSMD though the plot gets a bit more complicated, is longer, can be a bit dry here and there and honestly can confuse you a little bit, like i got confused once or twice. But I find the plot still keeps you very engaged throughout with some surprising twists and heartwarming moments.

I would say EoT is a bit more intense throughout when the main plot was going on, Blue and Red are pretty boring plot wise to me comparatively though still good and PSMD just has so much and keeps you locked in even in the boring or non-plot parts of the game.

It's all about what you like and find interesting and whether you are okay with the flaws or not.

My current team (White 2) is:

Jessica Jr the Lilligant
Rapidash (Female)
Amanda the Mandibuzz
Reuniclus (Male, Shiny)
Helena the Female Jellicent
Tiamat the Garchomp (Female)

I am in the Post-game and plan to run through the Elite Four and Iris with Challenge Mode now unlocked.

I'd totally post a team too, if I was playing a game other than Conquest. You don't really use one single team there, but I can say my aces are Charmeleon and Venipede other than the obligatory Eevee and Jigglypuff.

I see. Sounds cool!

I can understand regarding Rescue Team, there was a decent story line there until you reached Rayquaza and then everything just died down, even though you had only explored like half of the game at the time. In fact, that moment was when the real game started in which you really could do things: you were able to evolve, recruit legends and use other characters as leaders.
We shouldn't forget that Rescue Team was the first of a series and a great start. Look at Pokémon RB, it's all thanks to those we have the games as we know them now, while there was close to none story in those.

Ah Mandibuzz, single handedly the reason I was able to beat the E4 in Black. I just could not get past the Ghost and and Psychic members until I caught Vullaby and grinded for a few hours.

It's been a while since I played (current) gen games and not something of a previous gen...but man is the grind real; especially in generations 1-3.

Lycanthropy is now a (Sandshrew) Ghost.

I used Mandibuzz in my original Black Run too and the Bone Vulture was very useful. was amazed she evolved at Level 54. From what I remember Caitlin was the toughest of the Elite Four as I had to take a Krookodile (Ground/Dark) too. The rest of the team was Gothitelle, Samurott, Haxorus and surprisingly a Simisear if I remember correctly.

I ran with both Empoleon and Serperior and didn't have much trouble with that version from what I remember. But then too I also had imported my Swampert from Gen 3 <3

(Awww dang it no fair; I wanted to be ghost and then you go and correct a counting error. :/)

Yeah It was helpful that I was able to catch a Vullaby arpund that level, 49 i think?, lots of battling durants and heatmors lol

Its been awhile but I know I had Samurott, Mandibuzz and Unfezant for sure, couldn't tell ya what my last 3 Pokemon were for the life of me.

200 (fixed xD)

Drake is somewhat tough, but his lack of type diversity makes every single of his Pokémon ×4 weak against ice, except for the NFE Shelgon. He's kinda pathetic in Ruby and Sapphire. His Kingdra in Emerald is a lot more of a threat though.

Hey! He was pretty tough without a dragon or ice type! XD

5th Gen was quite awesome for Dark-types, if you ask me.

Very true. Mandibuzz is a pretty memorable bird whilst Krookodile and fan favourite Hydreigon had Great Designs.

Gen 5 was a pretty good Generation for Ghost and Grass Pokémon in terms of additions too I feel.

Drat! I wanted to be it! Silly Counting error before my post got me. :<

Anyways I digress back to the topic:
My team pretty much clinched it with my Swampert. But then again these pokemon I brought forward from (Original) G3 are always level 100. :3
