Weight Problem

No problem man. Also, if you need some more help turning that extra weight into muscle, I can give you an excercise routine that is bount to be very helpful, so long as you keep at it and do it mostly every day

Hmm, ok, it will be tough, but try it:

Push-ups- 3 sets of 50
Crunches- 5 sets of 50
Jumping speed rope- 5 sets of 50
Bench Press- 3 sets of 15
Squat- 3 sets of 12
Also, try to run 2 or so miles a day, and work very hard at it

Eh, well, I do it frequently ._.''. Just start small I guess, and work your way up until you can handle it all. by then though you will have lost a lot of weight, and will probably have some good muscle on you man

Yea, you will be, just make sure you do it every day, and if it's at all possible, try to play sports or something. Get active, don't sit around and play video games all day. Sweat a little, run, just don't be lazy!

Can you swim?

Hmm well another fun alternative is to take up swimming at your local public swimming pool. Try to swim two or three laps to get a taste on how strenuous it really is, cool part is you're basically excersing your whole body. Doing this plus following a good diet will whip you in shape within a few months. But like DT said, you can't be lazy about it.
Oh and do not eat right before doing any exercise, especially the one I just mentioned.

Your mom was probably talking about the artificial sweetener, Aspartame. Its a active ingredient for diet sodas like coke and artificial coffee sugar. But is it really bad for you? Well, after reading up on this my opinion on it is, No it doesn't do anything to you. Another one of those urban myths me thinks, lol. If you want proof read through this link:

No, it wasn't that. I knew of that a long time ago. My mom started to get a little worried about this new thing she found....

High off of it? I never heard of that one, but I suppose it could be possible. I've never drunk coke in my life, so I don't really have to worry about it....

i gained a LOT from 6th grade to 10th grade. =/ i think those are the growth years for people, so i guess its natural. loosing weight is easy, and so is gaining weight.

i play ddr , its a video game, but it helps keep me off my ****. i also bike everywhere. saves enviornment and burns calories.

if you eat 3000 less calories in a day, you'll loose 1 lb. therefore, if you just sit in bed for 2 days without eating, u'll loose 1 lb. cause u usually use up 1500 cals in a day by sitting. amusing, ain't it? :laugh:
 
well thats a good meal... not too much you should aside from workout keep your portioms SMALL

Well, yes, you're right. ^_^; I probably sounded dumb, lol. It does help if you eat healthy foods, even when you can't excercise.

Hmm, okay. I've read some other proof that it is unhealthy from some doctors, though. One from a very trusted one. I don't really understand all of it, but it sounds like it would make sense, lol. yeah...I was 260 pounds...that's right! After I joined soccer, wrestling, and weightlifting I am now 223 pounds...still goin!

Sports do a world of difference, especially if it's a sport you like...and running works very good.

And only eating good wont help you you'll only gain weight lower then before you HAVE to workout so you can lose weight join a sport or try out for a team...i'm the elading strkier on my soccer team and it's A LOT of running maybe something like that...anyone notice i do THIS alot in this thread?
