    Welcome messages are displayed at top in navigation bar, and they rotate each time you reload your page. If you'd like to add your own stuff to it, then feel free to do so; just post a reply! All things that you submit must be appropriate. They could be any length, but try not to make them too long. After every two weeks, I'll pile up all suggestions into a list and forward them to our staff board. Have fun, fun, fun! :3 Also, please keep in mind that not all messages might be added, by the way.

    I'm totally cool with adding some welcome messages that you guys suggest. As a pointer, though, please don't use any weird characters since some computers are missing fonts for those and they can mess up formatting on certain styles.

    Also as much as I hate to sound like a supporter elitist or whatever, I won't personally (idk about the other admins) be adding things from this thread since there are so many in there and the list is really long already. So if you posted in there you might wanna repost here too.

    Well this is extremely awkward....

    I'll post some fresh ideas in here in a little bit. However, I think we should highlight Genesis' welcome message which was:

    "Don't you have homework, [supporter]elheroeoscuro[/supporter]?"

    Similar to the work welcome message, but just because not everyone has a job and this could be more relatable to them. I'm sure either way, those two messages could be tweaked a little bit so there is something that relates to all without looking like there is redundancy.
     
    I'll post the ones I posted in the one for the Chit Chat forum:

    "The name's [supporter]RainbowShy[/supporter], got it memorized?"

    "I'm gonna kick you in the spleen, [supporter]RainbowShy[/supporter]."

    I'm not sure if they are good, but the first one is a reference to Axel from Kingdom Hearts, and the second one is from Rikku in Final Fantasy X-2.

    Also, here are some others:

    "Don't fall down the rabbit hole, [supporter]RainbowShy[/supporter]!"

    "Have you seen Totoro yet, [supporter]RainbowShy[/supporter]?"

    Nah, I had the same thought as well. I think the intentions were playful but that in the bigger picture the staff should remove it.
     
    Oh, right. If you guys are bothered I'll remove it. I didn't think of that at all when I added it, sorry. ): There are loads of them and I guess we just go ahead and add them en mass, haha.

    ...although I guess you could replace $vbulletin->userinfo[musername] with $bbuserinfo[musername]. Hm.
     
    Huh, for some reason I just tried it with $bbuserinfo[musername] instead and it wasn't having any of it. The username just kinda... vanished instead, haha. Weird. @_@
     
    Not a suggestion, buuuut "The first rule of is, you do not talk about Yuri Lowell."

    I figure that's "The first rule of Fight Club", but I think either the "or" needs to be taken out, or maybe have it say "The first rule of PC".
