Rotating a signature is easier than rotating an avatar because avatars get uploaded to the server, while signature banners can be hosted offsite.

I just wish I was naturally talented with photoshop so I could make my own themes, but alas I fail miserably.

Same here. Hell, I wish I had Photoshop. ;______; If I did, I would at least try and make some graphic stuff and try and get better.

I also wish I could draw. I must practice more than "whenever I get bored and feel like drawing for five minutes." .________.

I have a Wacom Bamboo tablet sitting around that I've never used. I'm decent with Photoshop, but I'd love to be genuinely good at it. I just wish I had a good workspace for doing serious digital art, but it's pretty much my laptop and, well, my lap.

I have a tablet, but it's a super crappy, cheap, 40 dollar one that I gave to my friend. >_____> I took three Graphic Design classes in school, but failed the third one because I didn't do any of the assignments. :\ I just pretty much gave up, and forgot how to use a bunch of cool stuff in Photoshop.

That's Kaga Takeshi, aka Chairman Kaga, aka my namesake. He's the flamboyant and eminently well-dressed host of Iron Chef, of which I was a huge fan when I joined this site. When I returned from my five-year disappearance back in May I decided to use an avatar that I used during my original stint here and this was the most recognizable one, I suppose :p
