    Be honest when answering this.

    On a scale from one to ten, how popular on PC would you say you are?

    I would give myself a 6 so meaning I'm in the middle just about.

    I have a decent amount of friends here, though I only talk to about 10 of them , and only 3 or 4 I talk to on a regular basis. But also, if you look at my profile you'd see that I somewhat frequently get VMs , but I'm not the person everyone wants to talk to. I don't get a VM every minute.

    What about you guys? Remember to be honest.

    I don't care about popularity and stuff, but I have a feeling I'm barely known. But that's pretty much my own doing, haha. I don't frequent this place that much anymore.
     
    Like, a two. I have four or five good friends I talk to often (or semi-often, y'know) but otherwise I just post in OVP and move along.
     
    I'd say a two or maybe a three. I used to be somewhat popular when I was with the "PC in crew" but somewhere along the line I realized that it was just ****ing stupid as **** so I abandoned all that and I keep to myself now.
     
    2/10, only because I've been here too long to be a 1; I think people recognise my name, but nothing more.
     
    Uh... like a -5. Just the way I like it... nice and cozy in my anonymity.

    I'd say around a 8/10, considering how I jump around the forums and posting wherever I can post, but I tend to be most helpful in the Battle Center forum.

    Being 'well known' is not the same as being popular. Hell if it was about how well known I am around here, then yeah I'd have a high number. Popularity comes from being well known but a popular person is also well liked which is where we differ and that is reflected in our scores. Your score is still reasonable in my opinion but your justification was lacking.

    8 when I was a moderator.
    4 now.

    But given how high some of the other people who posted in this thread are rating their popularity, you should probably give me two or three higher than what I rated myself. The only people who talk to me are people who have spoken to me for as long as I can remember, and even then, it's pretty rare that we hold a conversation.

    A 3, if that. I know that I'm known around here, I guess due to me having a smartass answer to everything ever, but am I liked? No, no, no, no, no. There's a few people who I talk to, but in terms of my pokecommunity.com popularity, I'm but a 3. Sadly, I am not up there with the pokecommunity.com socialites.

    To me, they often go hand in hand. A person is considered popular because they're well known across the community. Being well known then helps you become popular - everybody will then want to talk to and get to know you.
