5th Gen What animals do you think there will be?

A sarcophagus Pokemon.

In all seriousness, we should have a flying monkey! And a cat that's not Normal-type and doesn't turn into a fat whatever. Squids are a good idea too, so when you surf, you don't have to ALWAYS run into Tentacool.
 
I think the SQUID IS A GREAT IDEA AND NEEDS TO BE REAL. *ahem* Sorry, squids make me happy. Anyway, it could be a Pokemon you have to fish in the right spot at Morning/Evening to encounter. As for the break in Tentacool, a Salmon and a Tuna that evolve from a Guppy. (Tuna uses Deep Sea Scale in Black and Salmon uses Deep Sea Tooth in White.) The Guppy would be annoying enough to stop Tentacool from getting a worse rap.

Okay, both mantis and rhino have been done already (Scyther/Scizor and Rhyhorn/Rhydon).

A list of some ideas:

A buffalo would make a great normal, ice, or grass type.
A water type dolphin.
Large cats like jaguars, cheetahs, tigers, or lions. A tiger would make a great fire type(but may be too similar to Arcanine).
Wolves(although that may be too similar to Mightyena).
A wolverine.
Badger.
Bighorn sheep or mountain goat.
Snowshoe hare would make a good normal or ice type.

my dreams were fulfilled with chimarii.

I want another Spider PKMN that's Dark type and is actually (Badass) umm I would love a shark pkmn that actually looks like a shark. Another bear form would be sick. I would want a pkmn that can control the weather not like Castform but something more powerful.
 
What I want to see made into Pokemon are:
A Velociraptor would kick ass.
Another Shark, either a Great White(Water/Steel) or a Hammer-Head(Water/Fighting).
A Badger Pokemon would be sweet.
Another Elephant, though it would probably end up a water type
A Husky, perfect for an Ice Type

And finally I know it's not an animal, or a living creature for that matter but I would LOVE to see a Scarecrow(Ghost/Grass)Pokemon, that would kick ass.
 
Salamander, hands down.
And A squid would be amazing! I love squids!!!

shining lynx. It says that it the name could come from the Sphinx, but I don't lean towards that explanation because Shinx and its evolutions don't have human heads.

I'm glad that they finally put a crocodile in the pokemon game. I think a centipede would to cool for them to put in the game.

I want to see a freakin ant pokemon, it could be one of my favorites.

I would also like to see:

An arapaima pokemon...(a really old fish...)

An Stork pokemon... (maybe this pokemon is the one that puts the eggs in the daycare....)

I also want to see a cloud pokemon, not like a castform, but more like an actual cloud, it could be flying/electric.
