I've been wanting to listen to Tegan and Sara more and so I played this one cause it got in my head often in 2013.

I can't believe I got to hear this live and it was extremely mesmerizing and wonderful! Oh gosh.

Once this kicks in after fifteen or so seconds, I get so pumped and I'm ready to get started with whatever I'm doing, oh wait..
It's just changed to Avenged Sevenfold - Seize the Day!

The vocalist on this song, Matthew Koma, is also the guy who did the vocals on Zedd's Spectrum. Yeah, it'll sound familiar to you now.

The synthbeats are the beginning have a unique sound to them. I can't explain it, it's like grunge a bit, but also metallic and something else.
 
The xx - Heart Skipped a Beat

Minimalistic music is always a refreshment to my ears, especially from this lovely band. *claps along to the song*
