From Chaos To Eternity - Rhapsody of Fire
Kind of gone off their albums after the Emerald Sword Saga, but some of their later songs (such as this one) are pretty catchy. Not bad for a little symphonic metal...plus they get Christopher Lee in for supporting vocals sometimes. That is all kinds of amazing.
