    Before you gained your supporter status, however you got it, what did you think the VIP forum would be like? What kinds of threads would be there? Was gaining access to this forum a major reason for donating?
     
    I always wanted to have that blue italicized name and advanced profiles ever since I joined, but given I can't donate, I thought I would never become a Supporter.

    And then, I got a surprise message from Toujours following the PCX Get-Together asking if I'd like to accept the Supporter prize she won from the PC History Quiz. I immediately replied and I was looking forward to having a blue italicized name. Definitely the best birthday gift I ever got.

    Back when I was still a noob, I heard about Supporters getting access to an exclusive forum but never knew how fun it was until after I became a Supporter, especially given there's no revival rule in the VIP Forum.
     
    I donated back in November because a lot of the more prominent ROM hackers of the time were supporters, particularly HackMew and destinedjagold. Though the forum is a great installation, it wasn't the main reason for it ;).

    Now I want to climb to Tier 6 for that gigantic 175x175 avatar :D.

    I thought it was some kind of secret, VIP, spy forum that gets everyone excited. But I realized it was only just a plain, old, spam pit which some users fight for activity.. ;;

    And since I had a blog before becoming a supporter, the only good thing getting a supporter rank was the VIP forum...
     
    I dont really know what I expected tbh. I kinda was under the impression that Supporters might be talking about ways to improve the forum in here. I donated up to Tier 3 to see what it was all about. I like this section though, it's nice.
     
    When I donated on my old account, I wasn't expecting to gain access to a private section that's ~exclusive~ for supporters. I was aiming for the blog. Instead, I got all dem perks that I (as a huuuuge noob at the time) wasn't expecting on getting. xD

    Donating the first time, I wanted the blog. Donating the second time, I wanted the blue italic name. I feel weird not having the italic name. I also wanted the larger avatar. :3

    Overall, yeah. I didn't see this section coming. xD
     
    Honestly, I never knew there was a VIP section. I'm still pretty much a noob here at PC.
