Teddiursa is the cutest thing ever!
Hoppip is quite cute,
I love Cleffa and Clefairy (but not Clefable :/ )
Happiny is adorable, too!
Igglybuff and Wigglytuff, because of 'Igglybuff the Prodigy'
Plusle and Minun, but only when they're together,
Pichu is ok, Pikachu is not.
I'm not sure about Pachirisu... really not sure :/
And Riolu, he's cute too!

I'd say either Mew or Teddiursa.

Teddiursa is alright but it turns into one big, ugly (but powerful) bear. It can't stand up to the likes of Piplup and Mantyke though.

Well, I could pick something like Buneary, Riolu, Azurill, or Togepi, but none of them are cute to me. I have a screwed up perception of 'cute'. So to celebrate that, the cutest pokemon to me is... Heatran. Yes, the warty red/silver legendary Heatran. It's just so cute. ^^
