A glance at my user gallery will probably answer the question easily enough. XD Pichu is my all-time favourite Pokémon, and since I really like Pikachu and Raichu, that line gets favourite by default.

I really like the lions (Shinx, Luxio, Luxray), though, and the sheep too. ♥

Zapdos, Rotom, & Pichu are by far my favorite electric types. If I had to select one, Rotom. Due to the awesome idea behind it and it's lawnmower eats little Jimmy. :D

I had to go with the Pikachu family. I love them all, and use Pikachu/Raichu almost every chance I can in a Pokemon game. Maybe its because it was the first Pokemon I've ever seen, I don't really know, but it'll always be one of my personal favorites, among Electric-types, and Pokemon in general.

Some close seconds would be Zapdos, Raikou, Jolteon and Electrode. I guess Manectric isn't too bad either, since it's cry sounds cool. :)

Oh, I'm stuck between Luxray, Ampheros and Zapdos. ;-;
I love them all but I think its going to have to be Luxray.
