What Pokemon been on nearby radar but you not got?

Kabuto and Nidoqueen (from the same vicinity on different days).

Omastar - I had a chance on this but was very elusive. But now I think I get the general idea on the spawn location which is probably at the back side and not the front one facing the road)

Dragonite - I was on Uber when it got shown on my nearby sighting. I just started my trip and had to let go.
 
I tried looking for the Bulbasaur nearby at the park today but it never showed up.
 
Dragonite was on my radar this past week while i was back home in california, Could not TRACK down though, so pissed...

Kabutops was on my radar when i was at the San Diego Zoo, was with a group so couldnt wander off...
 
Sitting down with the family, watching tv, the Paralympics on channel 4 to be exact, and on my radar popped a vaporeon. I knew exactly where it would be since everything worth catching that spawns near my house spawns there.

However, I had to helplessly sit and watch it disappear before my eyes since I'm banned from running like a madman outside in the night to catch Pokemon.

So close yet so far ......

Lapras popped up on my radar today on my way home. I had groceries, so I couldn't get off to go back.
 
I have found some rare looking Pokémon through the radar, including Dragonair, Eevee, Aerodactyl (and they all vanished the moment I took a glance upom them).

Funny that I found Dodrio and Pinsir (have like 11 of it already, still crappy IVs and movesets) more frequently compared to how I found both Weedle and Pidgey.

In my little place where there isn't anything.... I couldn't find the Vileplume :( I never got one.
 
theres an aerodactyl that's been hounding me for almost a month now. it's in edgewater nj. usually, i cant find/catch it because im driving. when i have some time and go to that area, s/he makes me walk around for 30 minutes by popping up on the nearby list and disappears.

Well, since this post I've hatched a Seel, caught a Kadabra, and caught enough Mankeys to evolve one. I have recently seen an Onix and a Charizard on the radar, though. Of course they didn't spawn.
 
I saw Snorlax, Lickitung, Kabuto and Onix on my nearby radar today, unfortunately I wasn't in a position to look for them.


Onix was my first sighting of it.
 
Snorlax, most notably. :(

However, I have managed to navigate toward and then capture several rare pokemon which appeared on my radar: Dragonair, Electrabuzz, Kabutops, Hitmonchan, Scyther.
 
Magmar. I've got multiple Snorlaxes and Lapras's (one even spawned in my bedroom), I even have a Chansey I found in the wild, but no Magmars yet.
 
All the rarest Pokemon appear nearby late at night for me, or just at bad times.

A Snorlax was nearby when I was about to go to sleep, so I didn't hunt it.
A Chansey was nearby right as my school bus departed, so I couldn't hunt that
A Scyther nest was nearby when my mom was driving on the highway, so I wasn't going to distract her and make her take an exit so I could catch it.

The Chansey was the worst for me... if it had appeared maybe 5 minutes earlier I would have been able to catch it (all the rare Pokemon spawn in the same area of my high school's campus, so I believe I know exactly where it was at.)
 
One time, I checked the game while I was at home and I saw an Electabuzz on the radar. If I wasn't wearing my pajamas at the time, I would've gone out to look for it.

Another time, I saw a Wigglytuff on the radar so I went out to find it, but it disappeared shortly after I left the house.
 
I think I saw my 3rd or 4th Snorlax today. No idea where it was though. Walked around until it disappeared forever. If I knew which direction it was maybe I'd get a Snorlax.
