What Pokemon been on nearby radar but you not got?

    I'm now at stage of hardly ever seeing or catching new Pokemon. I think the only one that does evolve that I still need is grimmer also need muk. All others are last evolutions or ones that don't evolve. I've seen aerodacyl, Lapras and porygon on nearby list but never seen them.
     
    Recently seen pikachu, clefable, magmar and muk, all of which I still need and didn't manage to find them.
     
    In my town I've seen Bulbasaur, Clefairy, Poliwrath, Tentacruel, Slowbro, Electabuzz, Pinsir, Lapras and Snorlax.


    Most of these were before the update so they may have been ghost Pokémon, the others appeared recently but never spawned. I saw Bulbasaur twice, the others were all one time only.
     
    Seel, Lickitung, Electabuzz, Kadabra, and Mankey have all been lurking on the radar, but have never popped up for me to try to catch.
     
    I keep seeing jigglypuff on nearby but can't find them, usually it comes on radar when I'm by an area that I wouldn't be able to get to, either it's in a lorry park or other side of railway tracks, other side of dual carriageway or anything like that.
    Last few days I've failed to track squirtle quite a few times that it's actually getting really annoying
     
    I've had Tauros, Rhydon, Pinsar, Shelder, Koffing, Weezing, and Venusaur come up nearby but not on my screen yet other than Pinsar but only for a second when the game first loaded one time.
     
    I forgot one that has appeared a couple times nearby but hasn't appeared, Cubone.
     
    In addition to missing Tauros yet again, today while playing I had Scyther come up as nearby but it never showed up on my screen. Grr.
     
    i saw Snorlax on my radar, did not even attempt to find it, it was when the nearby feature was all messed up. smh...

    Dont think i will ever get a snorlax... ive hatched countless 10k eggs... been all over the city in my bike at all hours.... long walks long jogs.. ... still no snorlax,

    ill probably get one when i give up the search
     
    I've seen Squirtle a couple times, only run into one once and it ran away...

    I also saw a Vulpix, Jigglypuff, and Jynx earlier. Really sad that I missed out on them, especially the Vulpix.
     
    One time there was a Gyarados nearby, before I had evolved Magikarp. I was having lunch somewhere though so I didn't just get up and run but it would have been nice.

    Yesterday there was a Mr. Mime close by for quite a long time but I couldn't track it down. I do have one already but it's only got a CP of 64 so a stronger one would be nice.
     
    Charmander would be one of them. I've been able to catch the other two starters--at that, a bunch of times--but never this one.
     
    Had a Ninetails run away on me a month ago. After that I haven't seen him on the radar until today. Couldn't track him down though :/
