    Ok, you are in the English class (that was my case) and your teacher tells you that you have to write 100-150 words about "The last time you ate an ice-cream". I'm sure everyone has or ever had crazy assignments like this. What was yours?
     
    Well, this one's not so much strange as it is discriminatory...
    I got an assignment once with a prompt saying that we had to write a 2-page essay about how god has improved our lives.
    The paper was not even considering that people are of different religions that may or may not include a god or, like me, no religion at all. :/

    I can't recall any real strange homework assignments...
    Except maybe the one where we had to go to 4 stores to compare the prices of 20 items on this list. xD
     
    er strangest assignment? i haven't gotten to many wierd ones but once i had to do a character worksheet about tony the tiger...
     
    I have an assignment for Driver's Ed due on wednesday....I have to draw a picture of two different kinds of cars and label where such things as the speedometer and parking break are...that's right, the grade for the class that determines if I'm allowed to drive...has a DRAWING assignment....
     
    Mines was in English also. I had to write about what I ate before I got into the class because I was caught eating in the class. I had to write 2 pages about it and the teacher told me that this better be a lesson to you. But I still eat in class though

    Yeah I had to watch some documantry in tv but I didn't watch it cuz I told him I didn't had cable;)
     
    I had to do homework involving something we had been doing on the computers in school. I had no way at all to do it as mine was saved on my school computer along with the rest of my class. We nearly all got detention for not doing it until he realized we actually had no way of doing it as we need the school computers.
     
    I had homework once for English that I needed to watch a night's Eastenders episode. "Due in tomorrow".

    ..never did do it. XD I absolutely hate Eastenders.
     
    We had to watch any 30 min show about an family and write a paragraph on it.
     
    my some freinds had to make a finger puppet play thing based on a myth she wrote for english and the rest of us (we're in a diffent class) had to make a board game that be nomal if we were in primar skool but we are in yr9
     
    several, actually.

    2 name 1, 1ce, in 3rd grade, we learnt a song about different kinds of rocks. then, we had 2 sing it 4 sum1 at home. god.

    also, in 3rd grade, we had 2 do "spelling cheerleading" we had 2 "cheer" all of our words 4 someone at home. hard 2 explain, but ill try.

    4 letters lile t, f, etc, we had 2 raise our hands, 4 letters like r, w, etc, we had 2 keep our hands at level, and 4 letters like q, y, etc, we had 2 lower our hands.

    my 3rd grade teacher was so stupid -_~ (failed attempt at a smiley)
     
    in english class for cretive writing we had to write about toes and the techer is a girl
