Hypno Lv. 65
Ampharos Lv. 71
Your team doesnt suck. Its actually a pretty good team based on the base stats and its balanced. There are only a couple things i see that I could personally consider "bad."
1. You have 2 flying types. I know that Salamence is dragon, which is alright (even though I'm not too fond of dragons) but its flying. If you took it out, and replaced it with maybe a good Electric or fire pokemon, it would greatly help your team.
2. Spiritomb may be a cool looking pokemon to some, but its not the best. I personally wouldnt go with a ghost type pokemon. I would switch it for a good plain old psychic pokemon. Alakazam and Hypno are good candidates.
3. Like i mentioned in numero uno, you need an electric or fire type in your party. Maybe thats just personal preference.
When it all comes down to it, really, a balanced team always works because it keeps you ready for any battle situation. A good team also depends on good moves.

It depends. Are you into favourites or stats? For stats, Blaziken is the better choice.
My team:
Empoleon - 100
Tyrannitar -100
Togekiss - 100
Salamance - 100
Porygon-Z - 100
Spiritomb - 98
I know my team sucks.
