Definitely Umbreon, ever since umbreon was made in the Johto series, its been my favourite one.
 
Jolteon was always my favourite (no idea why, I just think he's great), but I usually played with umbreon (since its my favourite dark type)
But as of late I've fallen in love with Leafeon for its attack and just because its a cool grass type. The grass type, in my opinion, is underrated and there just isnt enough grass types that people would want to play with
 
Current Status:

Espeon - 2nd

Vaporeon, Leafeon, & Glaceon - Draw
 
Umbreon.

Umbreons been my favorite pokemon over all of them, mainly because it's cool, mysterious, plus it's very powerful.
 
Vaporeon and glacieon but i don't really like Eevee i hate them i think there stupid
 
Flareon and Glaceon.
I just like their looks, so thats mainly the reason. They're all good though.

I like Jolteon for some reason... Dunno why though, :P... Maybe because he's the most canine-ish and the most masculine (besides Umbreon and Flareon) of the Eeveelutions... Anyway, I like Vaporeon and Glaceon too...
 
Umbreon - because its the coolest looking one.
 
vaporeon :)

can be very useful, it can also learn haze which has its advantages in-battle. and also looks pretty cool
 
Flareon is my fav. Eevee form because it looks cute, strong, and its cool looking. :)
