By far the first is squirtle, but then 2nd is a hard choice,
i think pichu maybe in 2nd place
 
Let's see...
Pichu, Pikachu, Mudkip, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Lickilicky (only because of the name), Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf (although each one of them was a pain in the ass to catch), Mew, and Mewtwo.
 
Milotic, Mew, Mesprit, Dragonair, Ninetales, Glaceon, Jumpluff...
Just to name first few that spring to mind. =]

I also have a thing for graceful looking Pokemon. >_<
 
Masquerain, Chatot, Lucario, Flygon, Rampardos, Staraptor, Manaphy(in order of how much i like them)XD
 
my favorite used to be gangar, but now its eevee and its eeveeolutions, and tyranitar
 
This thread is kind of pointless... just check someone's profile to know o_o;

Anyhow, my favorite Pokemon are probably Ralts and the evolution chain, even if Gallade is a little over used, they're awesome.
 
Red missingno! It may not strictly be a real pokemon, but it has a name, types, attacks, everything real pokemon have but a sprite and a real place in the game. Missingno will always be my favourite!
If i have to choose real pokmeon, i'd go for nidoking. Just cos it looks awesome. Closely followed by aggron, tyranitar, exploud...
 
its a hard chose between swampert and piplup. but ill have 2 choose swampert cuz that was my first favorite pokemon.
