Yeah , Ive beaten Red but without the Arceus .
 
For me, I chose Cyndaquil, and evolved it to Quilava... I LOVE Quilava so I gave it the Everstone... That's one Pokemon... Sentret/Furret (when it evolves) will be my main HM slave but I haven't decided on most of my team yet. Probably will include Lugia when I get it. (I'm playing SS) I plan to get the Pokemon like Sudowoodo, Red Gyarados, etc. but I don't think they'll be on my main team... Now that Togepi hatches with Extrasensory (I'm pretty sure that's what move that is) I may just raise that one. It's surprising how grat Togekiss ends up in comparison to baby Togepi. ^^

BTW HeartGold95, you should update your siggy... your team seems to be outdated on there!

Oh, and I must mention that I only started playing yesterday. (I have 3 badges so far)

Nice, I just beat the first gym leader, and I cannot find the egg. Plus, I didn't understand what the professor said through pokegear :(

I picked a Cyndaquil in Heart Gold, and a Totodile in Soul Silver. I usually pick different starters in twin games like HG/SS.n_n

Soul Silver:
Totodile
Larvitar.

iPredator, Elm tells you to get the egg, which is located in the Mart next to the gym.

First I checked pokecentre, then i went all the way back to the lab lol.
