When I die, I want to...

I was thinking about donating my organs to science, and then be buried, if that's at all possible. I have no idea how things like that work.

Burial is a certain religious practice, I wouldn't call it normal - just common.

I would rather be buried though, since I wouldn't want to harm my body in any way.
 
If I had to pick I would choose to be cremated. I just feel like it's kind of pointless to take up space in a cemetery when I can be neatly compacted into a urn. Either that or whoever is around when I die can just scatter my ashes wherever they want really. I just don't care much about the whole situation. Once I'm dead I'm dead. My body can be thrown to the wolves for all I care!
 
I suppose I'd like to be buried. My family has always been the kind of people to like to have a place to visit, that can be sort of like a memorial place for the people one leaves behind to go. So I kinda want to continue with that tradition.
 
Freeze my body, put it in a machine which vibrates it and breaks it up into tiny pieces, then put those bits of fertilizer in the ground and plant a tree there. Space efficient, far less polluting than cremation, it helps a tree grow, and there's still somewhere people can go to pay their respects or whatnot.
 
I'd wish to have my body cremated and the ashes spread across the sea. I wouldn't have much care what happens to my body ─ after all, I'm dead ─ but I'd rather not have it rotting away underground and taking up space in a cemetery.

Eventually, in the distant future when population increases, people are probably going to need those spaces.
 
I'd like whatever organs that can be used to be donated; I'm not using them anymore, so might as well see if anyone else can put them to better use. After that, probably cremation. Although in the end, I could be buried. I don't really care what happens to me.

Either that, or donate my body FOR SCIENCE! >:)
 
Donate my body to science. I am not religious, and I would like to see my corpse put to good use instead of just left to rot in the ground.
Burial is the last thing I want.

The definition of normal is what's common. :P

I'll donate my body to science. So...I don't know if they're going to do anything to what's left of me, but if they do I'd prefer to be cremated.

I would like to be buried and be part of the Earth again - but my state requires your grave to be lined with concrete. So..all the minerals in my decomposed body will have dissolved before the concrete becomes compromised. SO BURN ME BABY!

I'd like to have whatever organs donated - not like I'm gonna need them anymore - and just cremate the rest. If someone else can use the organs that I don't need anymore (y'know, since I'm dead and all), that'd be pretty cool.
 
Cremation seems to be the most popular option amongst my friends and relatives, but I'd either like for my body to be donated to science, or to be buried. I just have this weird feeling that, in the future, people will be able to revive the dead so... no real use on being cremated if that comes true!
