To be honest, back in high school my friends and I kind of had this discussion but more in-depth. I would it when my life is finally fulfilled and my bucket list is empty. I would choose to die at age 75.

To be more of a complete dated answer I would die September 16th, the day I was born.

Sometime after I'm 80. If I haven't accomplished everything I want to do by 80, it's probably not happening and it's time to give up. But I don't think that'll happen - I think by 80 I'll have done everything I want to do and I'll be ready to move on. Dying on New Years or Christmas would be cool I guess.
