When worlds collide!

"Fine then," Skye said, but she still held her sword. She gritted her teeth, and concentrated her mind.

Since her sixteenth birthday, she had been working hard to perfect her mind powers. She had been able to move heavy objects, but she wasn't sure if she could do much against a magical being. She had to try though...Tsubasa was not at her side this time...

With a swift movement of her hands, she had resheathed her sword, and held her hands one above the other, in a circle, representing the idea of yin and yang. She held the formation over her stomach, her middle, her hara, where her soul was kept, and used the light within herself to try and connect with Moonlight, to use her mind powers to move Moonlight's. In theory it should have worked, as she had never abided by the laws of physics. It was intention...

But putting her sword away would be her undoing...
 
Moonlight could sense what Skye was doing and scoffed. "Trying to tamper with a demon. how naive. Donovan, Energy stream."

i focused my a sheidl into an energy stream attack, which hit Skye square in teh chest,knocking her down. I then ran over to her and lifted her to her feet before quickly holding both her hands together behind her back. "perfect." moonlight purred. "She will make a wonderful demon." She then began to saunter over to us slowly, preparing tto perform the ritual. I couldn't bear teh thought of Skye being turned into a demon and I knew I had to do something. I struggled against teh spell and found that I managed to remove one of my hands. But the other one still held her arms firmly bound behind her back.
 
Skye grimaced in pain as her hands were pinned behind her. She knew she was in trouble.

"Tsubasa! Tsubasa, please get up!" she cried. She knew it was futile. She had to reason with Donnovan. Her eyes locked with his, hers filled with fear. Sure, she had been trained in martial arts, but not in magic.

Martial arts...

With newfound energy, Skye spread the fingers of her pinned hands, causing her more leverage to escape his grasp. In a flash, she had twisted her arms, wriggling out of his grasp.

"Sorry..." she said honestly, after she had broken free, and before striking Donnovan with a powerful upper cut.

She sprinted towards Moonlight once more, knowing that if she destroyed the demon, then Donnovan would be all right. Right before she was about to strike Moolight with a powerful kick, she decided against it, and used her elvish lightness to flip over Moonlight, now at her back. With only seconds, if that, til the demon turned around, Skye tried to focus her energies once more, and this time, tried to pull Moonlight's energy out of her...

OOC: Just so you know, Pogi and I have this all planned out. You can try to save Skye if you want...but it'll be a futile attempt. And no...I'm not leaving the RP. :P

I quickly teleported to the scene, after sencing yet another demon, and pin-pointing the source, was about to leap to the rescue, but a glare from Moonlight quickly saw to it that I wasn't attacking. I may have been one of the most powerful of my siblings, but if I was to attack, I'd have to figure out how to dodge attacks and still charge up..
 
Moonlight turned around, striking out with a backhand and knocking skye back. " Girl, if my energy was a dam, you could drain all you want and never see the bottom." She said confidentally. "Donovan, hold her down again. And this time, hold tighter." I beganto walk over to them when suddenly a pain in my back caused me to lurch and stumble. I had no idea what was going on, but Moonlight seemd pleased. "It was abouttime it happened." SHe muttered.When teh pain finally stopped, i looked around to try to found out what happened and was horrified at what I saw.

Spread from my back were a pair of Solid black wings, about ten feet in wingspan. I quickly folded them against my back to try to hide them, I felt so ashamed. new instincts began to wash over me, fighitn my good will. A sense of bloodlust and contempt for all fought against my peaceloving and considerate side and it took all I had to maintain my humanity over the demon within me. " If your done transforming, then let's get this over with." Moonlight commanded. Although I was still human in my mind, my body was still forced to obey her commands and I stood up and began to walk over to them once more.
 
I felt my wings begin glittering as they started to gather energy.. I wasn't sure how I could help, but I didn't want to sit here and watch this happen.... I could feel almost a frustration, borderline anger, building.. I knew I couldn't let my personality go full demon, or moonlight would be capable of controling me as well.
 
Skye stumbled from the strike, falling down onto her back. She hadn't been expecting that, especially since she had been concentrating so hard.

But now she had energy, even if it was demonic. With another deep breath, she had leapt up, and tackled Moonlight to the ground, pinning her arms at her side, and drawing her sword. A great hatred ran through her body as she held the sword to Moonlight's back, ready to bring it through her body.

It made her hesitate.

In the next instant, she had expelled the demon's energy from her body, striking a tree with the dark orb of energy, which shattered the wood without effort. She couldn't use that energy, because if she had, she knew it would be a part of her forever...
 
Moonlight saw Eclipse nearby and grinned. "Weclome, sister. I was beginning to wonder if you would join the party. you remember our brother, don't you?' SHe motioned to me. I tried to cover my face with one of my wings, since I didn't want to be seen like this but she forced to to reveal myself. "He was about to help me convert this little half angel here, sister." She grinned, and in one swift motion she was lifting skye up and pinning her hands the way I had done before.
 
OOC: HOLY! I leave for a day, and am totally left behind! MUST CATCH UP!!

IC: Celeste watched the ordeal fearfully. She saw wings erupt from Donnavon's back, and her own twitched.

She leapt down to heal Tubassa, then turned back to Donnavon.

"You don't have to do this!" she shouted, strange for an angel. "Fight it, Donnavon. Let your human side control the deamon!"
 
OOC: Skye can't hesitate for much longer....now might be a good time.... O_O
 
Seeing Skye in trouble, Celeste flew into action. Her mind powers suddenly expanded in ways she didn't know was possible.

She threw her hands up and sent a light beam at the wolf-demon, stunning it and forcing it to release it's hold on Skye. She then raced to the girl and threw up the most powerful protective shield she could.

"Don't worry," she said. "You won't have to suffer the fate I did."
 
I flet anger like nothing before, but not at just my sister. "You people mean nothing to me! I can't even go for a few seconds without having to wory that you people will stab me in the back!" I said furiously.

OOC: Tell me about it.. I leave for 4 hours and I'm left behind.
 
ooc: I got a plan Skye to finish what we ahd planned earlier, but it requires you character to be caught when my character pulls it off.

ic: "Donovan, dear brother, why don't you try your demon blade?" She said. I had know clue what she was talking about, but my body did. Teh flesh of my right arm began to extend, forming itself into a hideous looking blade with a glowing black aura. " Now brother, how about introducing One of your friends to the businesss end of that blade?" She grinned Maliciously My eyes widened in horror as I knew what she was asking to do. I found myself facing both Eclipse and Celst. i could only imagine how I must've looked to them, and it made me feel even more ashamed. I began to walk towards them, stalling as best I could under the spell. As long as I did what I was told, it didn't matter how fast I did it.
 
Quickly, I reached over my shoulder and grabbed the hilt of the blade that I had kept hidden under my wings, and pulling it out of it's sheath, prepared for battle. as my anger grew, I knew I'd become fully uncontrolable, which thanks to the fact I'd choose to drive myself away form them, could be dangerous, more for me than them. The blade started glowing black, and I said in a low and dangerous voice "You will not harm me or the angel, no matter how little i care about them."
 
"I don't want to hurt them either." i said. "But as long as Moonlight carries parto f my magic code in her, I can do nothing about it." It was then I swung my demon blade, leaving behind a trail of darkness as it cleaved it's way through the air towards Eclipse.
 
OOC: Okay...I'll let her be caught...hehe!

IC: Skye thanked Celeste, breathlessly, for the time she had allowed her. She readied herself once more. If she was going to die, she would go down fighting. Her blade ready for attack, she got ready to launch herself, this time at Donnovan. She would have to disarm him somehow, but her attacking would mean she would have to leave Celeste's shield.

She chose to leave, glancing back at Tsubasa, who was recovering slowly. He was on his feet, and slowly hobbling towards the battle, sword in hand.

Skye began to sprint, picking up speed until she was merely a blur. She had a feeling this would be her last blow, her final attack, but she would do her best.

Her sword at the ready, she made for Donnovan's weapon hand, trying to slice it off. She neared him, and leapt...
 
Celeste stared in horror. It was the same blade that had ended her short, innocent life three years ago.

"NO!" she shouted, releasing her hold on the protective shield. "This will not happen again!!""

She rushed at Donnavon, then stopped, not sure what to do without hurting him.
 
"You won't be able to best me. ever." I said, eaisaly blocking the blow with my own blade. he may have been older, but I had a nice reputation as the most powerful member of the family, and I didn't see anybody bothering to try and take that title.
 
ooc: Not yt, skye, not yet. ;)

ic: one of my wings inetercepted Skye's attack, catching her unpreapred and knocking her to the ground. Moonlight, hopingto regain control over skye, changed to her complete wolf form and charged straight for her. My atack on Eclipse continued.

I coutner sliced with my demon sword, taking Eclipse off gaurd and sliced clean off the first foot of her sword. " I didn't want to do that. " I admited. " But if someone doesn't stop Moonlight soon, The demon side may rise over the humanside, and then I won't be going easy on you anymore."
