"Sora! Just where are you bringing me?" Crystal asked, sounding rather angry. "I'm sorry, but you should've let me down...I could have helped my friends!"
As Sora prepared to land, Crystal was deep in thought. I could have helped my friends. That sentence kept on repeating in her head until she realized something. No, I couldn't help my friends...I'll just be in their way.
"Okay Sora, I get your point. You want me to train, is that it?"
Sora nodded then landed near a bush. Sora then pointed on a very big cave, signaling Crystal to go in. Understanding what she meant, Crystal went in, Sora following shortly.
The cave was very dark; she couldn?t see a thing when she entered and practically all her senses were useless in the cave. Since Crystal couldn?t find a way to train, she was about to leave, but suddenly she felt a presence, someone opposite of her, a demon.
In an instant, she felt a scratch on her arm, a very deep one, too. She gritted her teeth, trying to ignore that pain she was feeling. She sensed that it was coming towards her, she panicked. She quickly grabbed the bow on her back and a few arrows as well.
"I?m really sorry." She whispered to the demon.
She aimed it in front of her and shot an arrow. She shot another one and continued until her arrows were all gone. Okay?now what should I do? She asked herself as searched the pockets of her shorts for anything. She then felt another scratch, or rather a cut, on her leg. She panicked again, she was defenseless. Without thinking, she used her bow and aimed it at where she assumed the demon was standing. Even though there weren?t any arrows on the bow, she shot it. After doing so, she could?ve sworn she saw an arrow that she assumed was 'made' out of light, but convinced her that it was just her imagination since she hadn?t seen anything but pitch black when she entered the cave. After clearing her mind, she heard a very ear shattering scream. She dropped the bow and covered her ears, feeling very confused.
A second ago, I can?t hear a thing, now I- her thoughts were interrupted when she couldn?t hear the scream anymore. She opened her eyes, only realizing then that it was closed, and picked up her bow.
"Light?" she whispered absent-mindedly.
As if on cue, the cave brightened up, now too much though, but enough for her to see the demon she had killed. She rushed to the demon and muttered a healing spell. She understood what did, but she couldn?t bear seeing someone or something hurt. She scurried outside and sat on the grass, feeling very tired. She had more wounds than she expected. She tried healing herself but she was too tired. She glanced at Sora, who just came out of the cave, and gathered her remaining energy to jump on her.
"Sora, please take me back to where the others are." She whispered softly, trying hard to keep her eyes open.
When they got there, her eyes widened. She saw Skye on the ground, but she was?empty...?
Crystal shook her head in disbelief and gazed at her left. Her eyes were almost closed but she thought she saw Celeste and another girl.
"Sora, I?m just tired, right? I?m just seeing things, r-right?" She whispered.
Sora nodded, she had sensed the young angel?s worry and wishes not to add more. Sora then landed near Celeste, Crystal then jumped out of her and walked towards Celeste, her left hand on the cut on right her arm.
"Celeste, is Skye alright?" She asked innocently but a hint of sadness can be heard.
