Which one of your classes has/had the most work?

Now that school has started up for most people in western nations again, I thought it would be a cool idea to see what classes people in PC have huge work loads in.

So pretty much tell me what class you have this year (or however many years ago for you post-college members) that gives (or gave) you the most work.

For me its definitely my honors english class (which this year covers american literature). As a sophomore its definitely the most work I have encountered in a class so far in my academic career. For instance, the syllabus the teacher provided at the beginning of the year states that we will be reading at least 100 pages of material a night. Grr.

Now I better go start John Smith's "The Generall Historie of Virginia"

Anyways, how about you guys?

( you older kids don't laugh at me. ie, "haha 100 pages is nothing! XD" )

I have practically no school this year but so far:

To get at least 50% in my Irish trimester exam, I've gotta be able to speak in Irish without stopping for a full twelve minutes. This is reciting stuff I've learned and instant improvisation; I won't be able to read from anything. Think of how hard that is to do with your mother tongue. Doing it in another language requires a lot of effort.

All of my other classes are pretty demanding but that's because I have projects due for them in December (English - comparative essay of three novels; Science - experiment on perception of time, Mathematics - a presentation on the history of probability).

So yeah, there's a lot in it but I have a lot of time to do everything perfectly as well.

My major subjects are giving me programming subjects but not enough to tire my brain. I program most of the time not because I needed to, because it's my hobby.

Right now, it's Math, Biology and Physics. The last 2 subjects are a bit more difficult than the first subject.

Well I've only had an introduction to 6th Form so far this year, but for the last 2 years Art gave me unholy amounts of coursework to do. I fear Graphics may give me more now though...

Polish, Math, English and Society Knowledge (?) are the most important subjects in my last grade. Especially Polish. A lot of formal work.

Hm, I say Principles of Accounts. It's accounting. Unlike Math and Physics, which is quite straightforward, Principles of Accounts is something like the combination of English and Math. Lots of theory (accounting concepts) and lots of formats to remember, not to mention different types of accounts, and you need to have both sides of the ledge account in balance, as in, your calculation is correct. So most of the time, I have no idea what's going on.

I'm loaded with literature work. I still have some more to catch up on, but I think I'll do it all tomorrow morning at school when my teacher is teaching. Math isn't much of a problem, since I finish off most of my work at school :D. But I hate those complicated Biology answers I have to write after each chapter, and Physics. >:o

As of now math and psychology look like the classes that will be dishing out the most work. My math teacher said she doesn't give out much homework, but during class we're constantly doing worksheets and problems. Psychology is also in class intensive, but it's really enjoyable. So homework wise it's a little too soon to tell, but when it comes to in class work I've been loaded with it.

As of this year I only have Psychology! Can't believe that now it's my only subject (in 3rd year at Uni)
It's always given me the most work anyway. So difficult

The math class I had last spring. Man, that class was awful... 15 pages worth of math equations every week for homework, killer tests, and it certainly didn't help that the professor was incomprehensible, senile, and just didn't care for his students. Ugh... I get chills just thinking about that horrible class :/

Well my classes haven't started yet so I'll say that my class that required the most work in my opinion was grade 12 Creative Writing. Although the class that SHOULD have required the most work on my part was Chemistry grade 12. lolol

Right now several subjects are wasting my time. Maths, English, Science, History, Art and Technology are all prime offenders. Algebra is really steling my time! But meh, I need to learn it if I want to be successful in life ay?

As a Sophomore AP Euro is just plain hell. I had to write over 4 papers in the first 2 weeks D:

Generally speaking, math and English courses assign the most work. I'd say the most intensive course I've ever taken is Geometry.

I dropped my Intro to Political Inquiry class, which was the most rigorous. Now my most rigorous is probably my Jurisprudence class.

Here are my classes, hard ones in bold:

1. AP US History
2. AP Chemistry

3. French 1
4. Pre-Calculus
5. Lunch
6. Honors Economics/Honors Government
7. Forensics/Drawing and Design 2
8. Language Arts 12

Lunch is considered a class? 7 classes whoa be careful not to overwork yourself. Especially considering half of them are AP or Honors.
