Which starters did you choose?

Please let's not turn this into a favorite starter thread. lol We don't need more confusion between PG and PGC.

Gen I: Charmander
Gen II: Cyndaquil
Gen III: Torchic
Gen IV: Chimchar
Gen V: Oshawott

C-c-c-combo breaker!
 
Favorite starters:

Gen 1: Pikachu and Squirtle
Gen 2: Chikorita
Gen 3: All three of them
Gen 4: Chimchar and Piplup
Gen 5: Mijumaru and Tsutarja~
 
i would pick
Gen 1. Charmander
Gen 2. chikorita
Gen 3. Mudkip
Gen 4. Chimchar
Gen 5. Tepig
 
1. Charmander and Bulbasaur
2. Cyndaquil and Chikorita
3. Mudkip and Treeko
4. Eh...I ended up picking Turtwig after how STUPID I saw Piplup was in the anime.
5. Snivy and Oshawott (best starters ever).
 
Generally I like them all, at all stages, so here's a list of the ones I don't like:

Gen I: Charmeleon
Gen II: Chikorita and Meganium.
Gen III: None.
Gen IV: None.
Gen V: Serperior (may grow on me if I use it, but I just don't like the design).
 
Okay, gonna edit the title of this thread and the first post, cause this is on the boundaries of being a "what are your favorite starters?" thread, and the primary question is "which starter did you choose?" so yeah. Don't want any confusion in here.
 
GEN 1: charmander.
GEN 2: cyndaquil.
GEN 3: torchic.
GEN 4: piplup.
GEN 5: tepig.

basically, the fire-type starter for each generation, except gen 4 because I find chimchar quite boring if I'm honest. piplup is better.
however, my favourite starter overall would have to be cyndaquil. it's so cute, and looks quite unique. not to mention it learns eruption. <3
 
For me, it's Water-type or bust.
GenI: Squirtle
GenII: Totodile
GenIII: Mudkip
GenIV: Piplup
GenV: Oshawott
Though if I had to choose one of these, it'd be Squirtle.

Yeah, I like most starters anyway, but for some reason I have something against at least one in every region except gen 2: Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard, Mudkip/Marshtomp/Swampert, Turtwig/Grotle/Torterra, Piplup/Prinplup/Empoleon, Tepig/Pignite/Emboar. All of these I don't like for some reason... I'd use them, in challenges and that, I just don't like them. I mean, I beleieve they're good, I just don't like them...

Gen 3: Torchic (my sister thought it was adorable, and I would've picked Mudkip, but then Blaziken and uhh...<3)
Gen 4: Never played, would've picked Turtwig, and the line Chimchar line was just fcking horrid.
Gen 5: Snivy all the way. Will pick Oshawott as well, but I'll need to get used to Samurott. Tepig's line isn't as bad as Chimchar's persay, but I'm just upset over another Fire/Fighting.
 
GEN 1 - charmander
