If you had a choice of any Pokemon in the world (excluding legendaries) for your starter, what would it be?

Mine would be Gible/Larvitar.​

Though Growlithe is my favorite Pokemon, I like him a bit more than Arcanine as cool as he is. I'd love to have a Growlithe follow me around like in HG/SS.

vulpix is cute and it's a fire-type, which is my favorite :3
while shinx's also cute and could turn into a powerful electric-type. XD plus, it's 3-stage evolution, which made me.. i dunno, felt like a real starter just like charmander, bulbasaur, and others.
