Who found Crasher Wake in Platinum Version difficult to beat?

    Ya sort of
i thought gardenia was tougher for so early in the game

Meh, not really. I had Chimchar but I managed to prevail with Mach Punch.

not really, I had some good electric types to back me up, plus my starter was a Turtwig.

Not particularly. I breezed through all the Gyms when I played through my Japanese ROM copy, but then found I was horribly underlevelled for the Elite Four. ._.

cOOL BUT IF YOU USE AN INFERNAPE IN THIS BATTLE HYPER BEAM IS A GREAT MOVE

    Well My Starter was Piplup..
But Luckely I have a Luxray, so it wasnt hard..
But I just noticed now Luxray is like 6 levels higher then all my pokemon,
And now all the pokemon I see are water:disappoin
Agianst water, Prinplup, Ponyta, and Lv.20 Chingling. It;ll be hard to Train, lol:laugh:

Luxray and a Roserade made this gym a snap to beat. The game was hard but not so hard that it was too hard.

I just put Thunder Fang and Grass Knot on my Luxray.

Wait, I think i put Grass Knot on my Empoleon.

I put Grass Knot on my Alakazam and that, combined with my Luxray of Doom, made this Gym a snap.

Fantina was really the only Gym Leader I had trouble with... x .x

I actually lost to him. Twice. My starter was Piplup (I'm never choosing that damn penguin again) and my only pokemon that could land a super effective hit was my slow-as-sin Gardevoir. Unfortunately, my whole team was underlevelled and that freaking Floatzel finished me. I then did some power levelling, got them all to 40, and proceeded to win in epic amounts.

My Electabuzz killed Floatzel and Gyrados in one hit each. Garchomp killed Quagsire in one hit. Easy.

A lack of an Electric-type meant that this Gym gave me a couple of problems (notably Gyarados), but for the most part, Tangrowth effectively dealt with everything :)
