Who's that Pokemon? (SUPER SPECIAL SUPER UPDATE 5/8/24)

Is this a dual Type Pokemon?

Current information:
  • 1:1 gender ratio
  • Part of an evolutionary line
  • Dual type
  • Requires something more than just levels for one Pokemon in its evolutionary line
  • Not Bug, Flying, Normal, or Water type

Started listing out Pokemon. Realized it would be a long list. Not yet.
____________

Does this Pokemon, or one in its evolutionary line, evolve with a Water Stone, Fire Stone, Leaf Stone, Thunder Stone, Sun Stone, Moon Stone, Shiny Stone, Dusk Stone, OR Dawn Stone?

Yes!
Was it introduced in an odd numbered generation?
i.e. gens 1, 3, 5, 7 or 9
yup.

  • Dual type

  • Not Bug, Flying, Normal, or Water type
  • Requires an evolution stone somewhere in its evolutionary line (but not Ice Stone)
  • Introduced in Generations 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9.

Water Stone: None (all Water types)
Thunder Stone: Alolan Raichu
Shiny Stone: Roselia
Sun Stone: Whimsicott line
Moon Stone: None (single typed or not 1:1 gender ratio)
Leaf Stone: Oddish line (not Bellossom), Bellsprout line, Exeggcute line (+Alolan Exeggutor), Nuzleaf, Shiftry
Ice Stone: Forgot to include this by chance. Lucky.
Fire Stone: Scovillain
Dusk Stone: Litwick line
Dawn Stone: Ralts, Kirlia

Looks like 21 Pokemon? Recommends double-checking that. Adjusted the list a few times. Assumes not Gardevoir. Would not count Gallade in its evolutionary line.

_____________

Does this Pokemon, or one in its evolutionary line, evolve via a Leaf Stone?

That cuts it in half and leaves Oddish or Bellsprout or Exeggcute.
Could potentially rule out or confirm Exeggcute by asking if it's Psychic type, but I feel like with 3 left I might as well just go for one of them.

Is it Oddish ?

Ding ding ding!
Nods. Only makes sense to guess Pokemon now. Effectively asks if it is Psychic type by guessing Exeggcute.

Is it Exeggcute?
nope! :P

Hm. Wants to ask about four-legged versus two-legged. Seems tough to say sometimes. Depicts (Kanto) Raticate in both positions sometimes. Stood Purrloin up after its debut generation. Thought about targeting the number of eyes too, but how many Pokemon have more/less than two?

Oh. Found a handy Bulbapedia page on body shapes. Disputes a few of these, despite being official (see: Kakuna under Serpentine Bodies). Worries about it becoming like egg groups.
