Would you jump of a cliff if you're friend did it?

First of all, I wouldn't let any of my friends jump off a cliff in the first place, and second, no, I wouldn't jump either. I guess the exception is if we were in an action movie universe where we had to in order to escape an explosion or something and came out fine X3
 
I wouldn't even allow my friend to jump off any cliff in the first place. xP

But in any case, me jumping off a cliff is kinda silly and would probably make my family and friends sad. ._.
 
That's ridiculous, nobody should jump off a cliff because a friend did. If a friend of mine was going to jump off a cliff, of course I'd ask why and say that it's a stupid thing to do, but if they did jump off, I wouldn't be doing any help by jumping after them and I wouldn't even care for them enough to do it.
 
I don't think I would. Even if I jumped down to save them would I REALLY fall fast enough to reach them. What if I fall faster then they do? Also even if I did we both would more than likely die anyway so...no. if I knew we weren't going to die but for somethinng like bungee jumping then yes I would haha :P.
 
Most likely not, but I would have to ask myself a few things.

Did my friend survive jumping off the cliff? Did he/she suffer serious injuries? Will I stand to profit or gain anything from jumping off the cliff? Or is it just for bragging rights? Is this a team building exercise where one of my colleagues is supposed to catch me if I jump? Do I trust said colleague? Am I so deep in the hole financially that this is my only option? What will be my body's velocity at the point of impact?

Ah, so many things to ponder before making the jump...
 
I have always wanted to do bungee jumping. It looks really fun and a great way to kill time.

Plus, this could be the final chance to finally spend time with my friends. I'm sure that they'll just enjoy it as much as me. :)
 
Yes, and then I would catch them and fly back up.

No. I honestly could care less what most of my friends do. I only look after one of my friends and she looks after me. If the rest other then her jump off or do something stupid, I'm not doing it.

That depends entirely on what jumping off would accomplish. I would not do it unless I saw a chance at accomplishing something...like...I don't know, saving them maybe?
 
No. Not even if you pointed a gun at my head and ordered me to. Instead, I'll knock the gun out of the guy's hand and toss him over in my place.
 
Heck to the no. What a silly thing to do. If they get hurt, then tough. =/
 
No, my friends are idiots, and if they jumped off a bridge I wouldn't be surprised.
 
If the consequence is what the idiom initially implied, then no. My friends know well that I am usually not one to follow in their footsteps when it comes to doing anything irrational, and I'm not about to disappoint them any time soon.

I love my friends and all, but I've got a life to live. XD;

They'd just have to jump without me.
